Gabbard attacked Harris for having locked up thousands of people for mere marijuana possession and laughing about it when asked whether she had smoked pot herself.
The congresswoman piled onto Harris, adding on a reference to her offices shameful move to keep people locked up to preserve "cheap labor for the state of California."
This is all true, and here are the receipts. But Gabbard didnt stop there.

It is all messy and I do wish courts would rule with clarity. Is a natural born citizen one born of citizen parents? And in the US? Probably won't get settled until we have a kid of a terrorist running for office thinking they qualify to be president. Until such point as the Supreme Court issues a definite decision defining "natural born citizen" in excruciating detail, the Obama precedent means that your definition of "natural born" does not apply.
We need to move on, and focus on issues that the regular American public can understand, like socialism leads to Venezuela.

Look out. If SloJo pulls out the nomination, Tulsi will be his Veep nominee If SloJo pulls out the nomination, Michelle Obama will be his Veep nominee, an ideal way to get the Kenyan back into the oval office, since SloJo won't finish his term.....

I believe that photo was taken at her promotion to major.

I was wondering about this as well. America Samoa is not a state, and I’m pretty sure it’s only a partial US territory as well, so how is she able to qualify for POTUS??

I have absolutely zero doubt now that he was born in Kenya. His own brother said he was, his grandmother said he was and Obama himself said he was. How do I know this? Why else would this be printed? Think about it, why would someone assume he was born in Kenya unless it came from his own mouth? If I wrote a book why would my publisher say I was born in China unless I told them to print it?

Thanks. I have no military background, so it’s difficult to see the rank on her shoulders.

Like OJ would say, absolutely 100% not guilty. I don’t want her in office, but can she stand around looking like that near the office?

Obongo was running against McTraitor who refused ANY attempt to even bring up O’s eligibility. Trump is not McTraitor. That said, the GOP as a whole would not have the stones to challenge “the first viable African American Presidential Candidate’s” eligibility.

With the Army dress blue uniform, officer rank is worn on shoulder boards. Gabbard is a Military Police Officer (as indicated by the crossed pistols on her lapel) so her shoulder boards are green (MP branch color), as would be the piping around the cuffs of her sleeve if you could see them. The gold oak leaves on the shoulder boards denote her rank (major). As people are manipulating her shoulder boards in the photo, I'm assuming this photo was taken at a promotion.
By contrast, the soldier standing behind her has epaulets on his shoulder so he is an enlisted soldier. His regimental crest is worn on the shoulder, and his rank would be worn on the sleeve.

You are wrong, her parents were not both US citizens and she was not born in the United States. She was born in American Samoa, her dad is a US national, and her mom is a US citizen. There are court fights underway about US national’s, all lost by American Samoans to be treated as US citizens. Gabbard has a problem here since there is court action to disqualify them.

Look out. If SloJo pulls out the nomination, Tulsi will be his Veep nominee That's the plan. They've already worked it out. Tulsi will be Sleepy Jo's pitbull taking on female and black/brown candidates that Whitey Jo can't do without being slammed as sexist or "raciss".
It's a pretty good ticket for the Dems in the general, but I don't know if it will inspire the rabid Squad wing of the party.

It's a pretty good ticket for the Dems in the general, but I don't know if it will inspire the rabid Squad wing of the party. Not in today's political intersectionality it won't. Unless she comes out as rabid pro-life including "abortion" after birth, a complete endorsement of the green agenda, increasing taxes 50 trillion dollars and free education, housing and pot for all across the country.
Which if she REALLY wants the VP slot and ultimately a shot at the Presidency she may sell her soul for. Anything's possible.
