What a truth.
The problem some Christians (and I’m included, lol) have here is impatience. For those enemy weapons to fail, and for those enemy words to be eaten, sometimes takes more time than we feel we are willing to allow.
They aren’t even liberal in the classical sense. If they were, we would have far fewer problems with them.
They’re illiberal, offering a faux solution that puts big government and big bureaucrats in the seat of what ought to be a big God. What could go wrong? Quite a lot, lol. But it’s a tragedy too.
