Willie Brown: Still No Democrats Can Beat Trump (Including Kamala Harris)
Breitbart ^ | 30 June 2019 | Joel B. Pollak

Posted on 06/30/2019 9:51:23 AM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Former California State Assembly speaker and San Francisco mayor Willie Brown has declared, in the wake of the first Democratic Party presidential primary debate, that there is still no candidate who can beat President Donald Trump.

Brown made his observations in his most recent column for the San Francisco Chronicle on Saturday, titled, “Bad news for Democrats — none of these candidates can beat Trump.”

Brown wrote:

The first Democratic debates proved one thing: We still don’t have a candidate who can beat Donald Trump.

California Sen. Kamala Harris got all the attention for playing prosecutor in chief, but her case against former Vice President Joe Biden boiled down in some ways to a ringing call for forced school busing. It won’t be too hard for Trump to knock that one out of the park in 2020.

Trump must have enjoyed every moment and every answer, because he now knows he’s looking at a bunch of potential rivals who are still not ready for prime time.

Read Brown’s full column here.

It was the second time Brown has panned the Democratic primary field. He wrote in February, after President Trump’s widely-praised State of the Union address: “Make no mistake, President Trump’s State of the Union address was the kickoff for his 2020 re-election campaign, and so far I’ve yet to see a Democrat who can beat him. … They all have impressive credentials, winning personalities and positive messages, but none displays the “people personality” that our media-savvy president has mastered.”

Michelle is black, was married to Barack, and either has a va-Jay-Jay or even better, is rumored be a tranny.
She gives Republicans the vapors.

To Democrats, those are TOTALLY legitimate “credentials”.

Brown knows three things are true:

1) KH is the candidate the Deep State/DNC wants to install in the WH;

2) Media coverage, polls, and elections are to be rigged to make this happen, as was done to crown Hillary; and

3) She will be a flaming dumpster fire on the national stage (as she has been every time she managed to grab the national spotlight, such as in the Kavanaugh rape hoax) and take down the entire party with her.

Sure thing Willie, but what people want to know is whether Kamala serviced you on her knees. And, did she take it in the rear, you know, the Anderson Cooper position.

Who are the GOPe, Rat Romney, Golden Sacks, and the Chamber of Commerce going to put up in 2024?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Same bunch they put up in 2016 plus Sen. Rick Scott.
He is as bad a Micro Rubio when it comes to not stopping the “fundamental transformation” into North Mexico that Bush League Republicans have made careers on.
Look for an opportunistic Republican to switch parties at the last minute and run.
Like Mitt Romney...
OK, thanks for the warning about Rick Scott. To me, a candidate’s position on the border is the litmus test.
Great comment, nathanbedford.
You've pointed to the hidden victim we don't normally recognize in these sexual-favors-for-advancement cases — the qualified person not promoted.
In fact, regardless of whether sex is actually involved, having any close personal relationship with a boss reduces the sacredness of rewarding workers for their competence and contribution to the company's welfare.
And the pernicious effect of granting such special favors steadily eats away at the moral fiber of the workplace and society as a whole.
Unless Righteousness and Justice live in the hearts and minds of its citizens, a Prosperous and Free Republic cannot stand. . . and the Constitution is reduced to meaningless scrawls on parchment.
Harris needs to shed about 30 lb, wear some cleavage showing tops and dresses, nice set a strap heels, little bling, fancy sunglasses, tone down her berserked mess with the microphone, and she might make it. But she’s going to have to represent the sluttie female that she is in order to do it.
Playing Little Hillary ain’t gonna cut it.
“I heard that Kamala had a job that required her attendance at sporadic meetings, most of which she missed. I don’t know where she spent her time when she wasn’t doing her important “job”.”
I went to a luncheon the other day with a bunch of old buddies who were are now retired and one of them actually admitted that he voted for Obama the first time, but not the second.
During this discussion he asked me, “why didn’t you vote for Obama?”
And I told him, “I look at all the facts, and I look at voting records of senators or congressmen, and Obama came up very short on even attending those sessions in which votes were counted or when they’re voted present. In other words Obama didn’t have nothing so I voted for the other guy.”
He shut up about Obama after that.
It was during BHO’s first term that I realized what a hard left the Democratic party had actually taken in a few short years. I wouldn’t even consider a Democrat at this juncture, ever. Because they are up to no good. The DNC/HRC cabal proved that an undeniable threat to our Constitutional Republic exists and it needs to be shut down.
The "what" is that there is no moral difference between the Me Too movement's abhorrence of a boss who demands sex in exchange for advancement and a subordinate who offers sex in exchange for advancement.
There is a moral difference.
One is between conscenting adults, the other is a demand from a boss.
You are correct that third parties are disadvantaged in both cases.
The offer from either side is reprehensible because it is made for a corrupt motive.
On additional consideration, I would add there is no moral difference worth distinguishing: The first is a pimp or at best a John and the second is a whore.
(My moral judgment has nothing to do with my libertarian impulse to legalize prostitution.)
I think he’s just stoking their base. If he declared a winner, they’d either roll over and go back to sleep or work to make sure his favorite was taken out.
