If you walked into a psychiatrists office, and said I’m God, or Jesus Christ, or The King of England, they would work with you to come to grips with reality and that you are delusional. However if you walk in and say you are something you clearly are not, but its relating to your gender, well in those case, those cases, no we don’t work with them to come to terms with their delusions we pander to them and tell them that reality is wrong.
They abuse these poor patients, and do so, knowing full well, there is ZERO evidence that pandering to them will do anything to help them.
People who do this are sick and twisted individuals who capitalize on the sick!

This is the latest garbage. We’re all just supposed to accept that if a man says they’re a woman we should be happy to have sex with them - “because they’re women”.
When one of these “women” actually has a baby then I’ll reconsider - until then, this is just mentally ill garbage. No straight guy is going to want to have sex with a biological male. For women, only lesbians might be interested but then the transgender female would also need to be a lesbian - which makes no sense whatsoever.
