After a bombshell report detailing near-daily interactions with unidentified flying objects by Navy pilots in 2014 and 2015, Christopher Mellon has argued that this information is nothing new, and the government needs to do something about it.
Mellon, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, is involved with a new History Channel series, 'Unidentified,' which will expand on topics discussed in a recent New York Times article. In numerous interviews, Navy pilots revealed that they saw UFOs moving at hypersonic speeds, performing acts beyond the physical limits of a human crew, and emitting "no visible engine or infrared exhaust plumes."
In a Wednesday morning interview with "Fox & Friends," Mellon, who has written extensively on the topic before, outlined the reasons the Navy is concerned about these sightings.

Anyone who thinks UFO aren’t just some secret pentagon or soviet flying machine is delusional.
They’re unidentified, that’s all.
Can’t be Soviet unless there’s a time machine involved!
We are not alone and never have been.
Likelyhood...zero
On the other hand, these pilots may have just seen stuff they didnt recognize.
Likelyhood...99.99999999999%
The Navy pilots who are the source of these reports are not flakes!
And they should be taken seriously.
We must know what it is they are seeing and sometimes tracking.
It’s apparent that whatever is putting them in the sky wants them to be detected, and detected by military assets. At least first by such assets.
The movie Unplanned revealed what they really are: anti science, anti God, genocidal, homocidal, infanticidal pyschotics.
Their answer: double down and use the black robed rulers of the universe to shove it down voters throats.
They have some free stuff for ya to swallow with it, though.
Weird stuff flying around goes back a long, long ways. Maybe thousands of years. But, in the 1940s the Air Force acknowledged they couldn’t do anything about it.
What is the government supposed to do?
"We come in peace. We come in peace."
“Likelyhood...zero”
Opinion? Informed opinion?
Or, empirical fact?
I do not believe for one second that man is alone in the universe.
What is the government supposed to do?
Issue metal helmets
I think there may be demonic manifestations at work here.
Maybe Nadler can subpoena “them”?
History Channel is not much of a help. They did a UFO thing here in Indiana after Ft Wayne admitted planes flying too fast and low broke the sound barrier. They never talked with a single person who discounted their lame show premise.
Not sure why you ask, but I think I am on record as not believing in ET nonsense, though it makes great movie material.
Now, do I believe that there is the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe. Maybe. Do I believe there is or has been intelligent life elsewhere in the universe, maybe. Do I believe that we will ever encounter it, only of we go there and find it, and the odds that we find it are infinitely small.
Part of my belief has to do with my belief in how we got here ourselves. I don't believe in evolution, life from nothing. I believe there is enough evidence to point to intelligent design that we are God's planned creation. Please don't confuse that with the strict creationist belief that history is only 6000 years old. God has left us evidence that the universe was created some 15 billion years ago. Genesis speaks in Gods time scale, not mans interpretation of it.
Does all that mean God didn't create life somewhere else? I have no idea, but I think He created the huge barrier of space to keep us in our own playgrounds for a reason. If He means otherwise, we will find that out in His own good time.
I’ve seen lightning do some really weird things in the Colorado mountains. Who is to say they are not an electical phenomenon?
