Former US Attorney Joe diGenova says that the Huber investigation into the Clinton Foundation is a farce. Huber hasn’t even interviewed the top witness in the case whom diGenova represents!

John Huber is the special prosecutor tapped by former AG Jeff Sessions to investigate FISA abuses by Obama’s DOJ/FBI. Sessions nominated Huber to perform this investigation after numerous calls for a special investigation into the Clinton Foundation and the Deep State.

But months ago we reported that nothing was getting done. Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say John Huber still has not interviewed key witnesses and they want answers.

Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Doug Collins (R-GA) sent a letter to special prosecutor John Huber on January 8th demanding answers by a January 21st deadline.

“Your investigation has been ongoing for over nine months. During the course of our extensive investigation we have interviewed more than a dozen current and former DOJ and FBI personnel, and were surprised to hear none of these potentially informative witnesses testified to speaking with you,” the GOP lawmakers wrote.

Sounds more like Mueller colluded with the Clintons to evade due process and enrich the Clinton Foundation at the expense of US taxpayers. This was a sale of US assets where the money went to the Clinton Foundation not to the United States government. The profits were actually diverted from the US Governemnt to the Clinton Foundation because Hillary was the Secretary of State (not the Secretary of the Treasury). The question is, did Mueller profit illegally or unethically from the questionable transactions.

What Q was trying to tell us was that the coup plotters, Page, Priestap and others as yet unidentified officially, met in a London hotel, which again later was identified specifically by Q, with "allegedly" the UK intelligence people who assisted in CROSSFIRE HURRICANE.

Findings of Misconduct by an FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Unauthorized Contacts with the Media, Disclosing Law Enforcement and Other Sensitive Information to the Media, and Accepting a Gift from the Media

The Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this investigation upon the receipt of information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), alleging that a then FBI Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) had numerous contacts with members of the media in violation of FBI policy.

Additionally, it was alleged that the DAD may have disclosed law enforcement or other sensitive information to the media without authorization. This matter is among the OIG investigations referenced on page 430 of the OIG’s Review of Allegations Regarding Various Actions by the Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Advance of the 2016 Election (June 2018; https://www.justice.gov/file/1071991/download ).

The OIG investigation concluded that the DAD engaged in misconduct when the DAD: (1) disclosed to the media the existence of information that had been filed under seal in federal court, in violation of 18 USC § 401, Contempt of Court; (2) provided without authorization FBI law enforcement sensitive information to reporters on multiple occasions; and (3) had dozens of official contacts with the media without authorization, in violation of FBI policy.

The OIG also found that the DAD engaged in misconduct when the DAD accepted a ticket, valued at approximately $225, to attend a media-sponsored dinner, as a gift from a member of the media, in violation of federal regulations and FBI policy.

Prosecution of the DAD was declined.

The OIG has completed this investigation and is providing this report to the FBI for appropriate action.

Unless otherwise noted, the OIG applies the preponderance of the evidence standard in determining whether Department of Justice (DOJ) personnel have committed misconduct.

Keep in mind that this is from the Office of the Inspector General (FBI/DOJ-Horowitz) report, which identifies rather than prosecutes.

Crimes were identified. Let's see if Barr prosecutes, though some would have you believe there is already a Grand Jury convened on McCabe.
