Inventor and software designer Dennis Montgomery, a CIA/DOD/DHS/NSA/FBI contractor-turned-whistleblower, alerted FBI Director James Comey’s office in 2015 that President Obama’s CIA Director John Brennan and Obama’s Director of National Intelligence James Clapper had turned the super-surveillance system that Montgomery designed for foreign surveillance, known as THE HAMMER, into a domestic surveillance system.
Montgomery became alarmed when Obama and his intelligence chiefs Brennan and Clapper turned the super-surveillance system against the American people.
Montgomery asserts that Obama, Brennan, and Clapper used THE HAMMER in a diabolically intrusive manner in order to spy on the American people and collect massive amounts of surveillance data for “leverage” and “blackmail.” THE HAMMER was only to be used for foreign surveillance, not to be weaponized for domestic surveillance against the American people, according to Montgomery and to U.S. military sources.
According to those U.S. military sources, Montgomery’s surveillance technology not only saved American lives as America’s “War on Terror” broadened, but also featured built-in safeguards to prevent the system from ever being used for domestic surveillance.
“Multiple echelons” of government, including the FISA court, had to sign off on each and every foreign surveillance operation conducted with the use of THE HAMMER, those sources say.
Montgomery claims that Brennan and Clapper used the super-surveillance system Montgomery designed to spy on Article III federal judges, including the onetime head of the FISA court Judge Reggie Walton, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and Chief Justice of U.S. Supreme Court John Roberts.

Barr was the AG for part of the time 41 was President. 41 wasn’t wasn’t corrupt. Misguided in some of his thinking, but not corrupt. Besides, that was a long time ago.
Barr has been very open with his opinion that serious crimes were committed. He said there was spying; not that there may have been spying. He also said that it was highly unusual for any investigation to have only been undertaken by a very few people at the very highest levels of the DOJ and FBI.
Barr appointed a U.S. Attorney, Durham who has a history of going after corrupt public officials in the FBI and DOJ. Do you really think he would have appointed Durham if he had any inclination to cover up the corruption?
Barr has also been very critical, in a nice sort of way, of Mueller. Barr has stated that he is perplexed as to why Mueller never looked into the origins of the FISA warrants or misbehavior of the the Obama administration cabal’s association with those who created the Steele Dossier.
Barr may have been a good friend of Mueller, but I believe that is no longer the case. Barr is likely disgusted with Mueller’s actions in stretching out his investigation until after the 2018 elections for the benefit of Democrats and the Deep State. Mueller would still be investigating except for Barr ordering him to conclude his investigation once Barr had proof that Mueller had nothing on the President or his associates.
Another thing that will be interesting is what happens with Flynn, Corsi, and the others that were targeted by Mueller. My guess is that all their legal problems will go away within one year.
What’s amazing is, I use to think the FBI files Hillary had were a big deal, but it was mear crumbs compared to The Hammer.

Barry’s mysterious and secretive past provided plenty of reasons for him to want go guard against potential exposure of damaging details about his life. The same could be said about John Brennan. So its not hard to imagine what motivated these two to conduct mass surveillance to protect themselves against prying eyes. From there, they went on to even more brazen, expansive and intrusive activities to achieve their larger political objectives. Does that sound like a plausible scenario to you?
And BTW your “recognizable name” will likely surface before long. I simply don’t see how that person can avoid Barr’s scrutiny.

Barry was a paid "project" for both Stanley Ann Dunham (SAD) and John Brennan. (SAD was not his biological mother, in case that wasn't obvious.) SAD came from an intel community grifter family. The various members of an intel community grifter family learned how to go through life doing intel "work" and being compensated for it.
SAD's mom and dad's families were also grifter families. Such connections seek each other out and matchmakers put them together. Thus, it was natural for SAD to connect with BHO I and Lolo Soetoro.
BHO I was a connected Kenyan looking to improve his prospects in Kenya's government. SAD was grifting and willing to go for a sham marriage so BHO I could get his education at Harvard. SAD's other "pay-off" was that Barry could ostensibly have a legitimized last name, assuming he would ever want it.
Before he would "want it" (as all Intel grifter families take on aliases (e.g, Soebarkah, Deliana, Antone)), SAD was happy enough to use Soetero, Obama and others. "Curiously," it's precisely the "behavior" common among Subud members. They were encouraged to take on aliases, I'll say for the same reason IRS agents that meet the public in offices don't put their real names on the nameplates in from of them.
Subud was involved in "intel work" in Indonesia. SAD went between work for one CIA front company to another while there. (She eventually got her Ph.D. in... "ANTHROPOLOGY!") Involvement with Subud was anything but a coincidence. SAD was a "budding" anthropologist, which meant she studied (AND KEPT PERSONALIZED STATISTICS ON) the ethnic backgrounds of people in specifically tasked areas of Indonesia. Support for certain presidential candidates were understood to correlate with ethnicity. A long-term coup (Hmmm. Interesting thought.) had already started in Indonesia, to replace first Indonesian president with the CIA's preferred guy, General Suharto. Ethnic Chinese-Indonesians were predominantly against what Suharto represented (CIA, killing, foreign influence (Wow. Coincidence, eh?)). So, those downtrodden, jailed and killed (estimates range between 800k and 3M before it was over) ethnic Chinese Indonesians were generally being liquidated. A famous former CIA-connected historian identified Lolo Soetero more then just the geology student that studied at the University of Hawaii's East-West Center (where he reportedly met SAD) as an assassin working for Suharto.
SAD identifies 'em and Lolo takes 'em out is how to read that, I believe. Little Barry grew up in that environment, where these things were certainly occasionally being discussed. I believe that's why Barry felt free enough to come out with something that I believe no Natural Born Citizen presidential candidate could ever consider uttering, "I'm really good at killing people."

A Walk down the Rabbit Hole of New World Order History
Every day the world seems to be spinning faster out of control. What appears to be unfolding is an epic battle between subversive forces within deep state America vying for dominance and control. Up till now the international crime cabal government led by the ruling elite has enjoyed unbroken, virtually unchallenged power and authority in Washington. That year Reagan beat incumbent Jimmy Carter only because of the October Surprise, a top secret deal overseen by former CIA Director Bush negotiated with Iran’s Khomeini to delay the release of the 52 American hostages in Tehran until after Reagan was elected and became president. Had Carter been able to free the hostages prior to his November election reducing their 444 day ordeal, he would have secured his second term in office. So it’s only by treasonous subterfuge that the puppet occupying the White House changed that year.
This totally sinister pattern already had a precedent when a dozen years earlier Richard Nixon made a secret agreement with then South Vietnamese President Nguyen van Thieu to sabotage peace talks with North Vietnam that President Johnson had been negotiating, convincing Thieu to hold off from signing any peace treaty in 1968 on a broken promise of a better deal to come. This subversively treasonous ploy won Nixon the presidency, extending America’s then longest running war another four plus years, killing 22,000 more American lives and over a million more Southeast Asians. Never mind that the Reagan-Bush Energy Department notified the Hinckley’s Vanderbilt oil company on the very same day of the shooting that the family business owed the feds $2 million in penalties. But once the unspeakable deed was done, that stiff penalty suddenly vanished into thin air as well, just like all of Hinckley’s psychiatric records and 22 FBI pages of the “lone” gunman’s “associates and organizations.” Bush ensured the truth behind the Reagan shooting was sealed CIA tight… a dry run rehearsal for George junior’s poor imitation 20 years later with his own sloppily botched 9/11 coup cover-up.

The other guy, rx, was distracting from the message about the Obama administration spying on Americans. He claimed in his post to know what Fanning and Jones were thinking, and that they were “high on themselves,” while in fact he knew nothing and these writers gave no indication of being what rx accused them of.
They were writing about Obama spying on Americans, and how Dennis Montgomery blew the whistle on it. It brings down the deep state.
When posters engage in the kind of behavior rx displayed, it’s either because they don’t understand what they’re doing, or because they’ve been hired by the deep state. A third option would be they’re otherwise intentionally but inexplicably unpatriotic.
All three are low IQ. In your case, who knows why you jumped in on a low IQ comment by rx. Maybe you weren’t paying attention. Don’t feel bad about it. I do that a lot myself.
The point about the story is Dennis Montgomery was the whistleblower who had been involved in the program and knew all about it. The deep state is in its death throes, but in the middle of its convulsions it still engages in the same low IQ tactics and methods. They want to distract you from what Fanning and Jones are telling you.

I didn't "go after" the article author. The article pegs the genesis of the story incorrectly, which I showed with material that came earlier than the authors' start of the story. Most people would care more than you apparently do about having a proper timeline for most events like these. Your calling what I did a "low IQ move" says far more about you than me or what I did.
Curiously, this is not my first interaction with Mary Fanning material. The earlier contact elicited equally abrasive, protective and ill-placed, and insulting jabs. Are you working in concert with her?
