Border officers are returning pregnant migrants to Mexico, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Under the headline, “Pregnant women, other vulnerable asylum seekers are returned to Mexico to await hearings,” the Los Angeles Times described how President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy is reducing the ability of adventurous migrants to give birth in the United States:

All the courts refuse to deal with the issue that child illegally born in the U.S. is NOT a citizen. That is pretty clear from the history of the 14th Am., as well as the one case that gets close to the issue, Elk v. Wilkins. We have many people walking around that claim to be birthright citizen but in fact are foreign aliens.
The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship and pass civics test.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to self-deport.

Well-this invasion of illegals is the same thing... it's organized and institutionalized theft.
There is no other way to describe the thousands and tens of thousands who cross illegally and openly demand resources they did not earn. If it happened to an individual on a street corner, we'd all it a mugging.

Good job..Now send back all the illegal children that have no parents here..I AM SURE THE PARENTS ARE WAIT AROUND THE CORNER IN Mexico so they can claim the kids after they are let into this country..i for one am so tired of these illeals taking food out of the mouths of our children to feed those illegals..Some of ours are starving while these illegals are living the high life..

That is the one and only upside to these migrants. And as far as our own homegrown deadbeats go, if we simply scaled back the welfare benefits that were expanded under Bush II and Obama, among others, we would undoubtedly see some of those people looking for jobs.

I’ve said for years that for each illegal we take in instead of deporting the country of origin should be required to take in one of OUR hoodrats, babymamas, methheads, etc. Fair is fair!
All we need to do is make a minor change in the language of the law, something on the order of “having established a legal residency in the United States”. That takes care of illegals and birth tourism as well.
