Fifteen months from now, Democrats will nominate their least electable (with the possible exception of Kamala Harris) candidate for U.S. president, who will then go down in flames. This is not just because he's a Castro-loving nut who traveled to Russia to bond with his fellow commies in the 1980s — voters have short memories and will forgive or ignore history that ancient. And Democrats themselves would not lose sleep over the irony of pitching Crazy Bernie after years of collusion delusion. The specific reasons for Crazy's pending loss (if he lives that long) are as follows.
First: Crazy is too old for change or rebranding. He is an old-school, fleck-spittle socialist, a believer in working-class unity against the exploiters. He does not follow the tribal segmentation practices of modern-day identitarian Democrats. Unlike Crooked, he carries no hot sauce in his purse. He does not "speak to black people" or to any other demographic. He can't get behind open borders. He has not attacked Mike Pence for being Christian, because to him all religion is equally wretched. For the same reason, he will not pander to Muslim-Americans — that's not what true socialists do. He doesn't even seem to view Donald J. Trump as the world's biggest problem (that would be those exploiters). He will be nominated by virtue of his pre-existing (2016) base as well as crowding in the Democrat field, even as his colorblind, sex-blind, orientation-blind, non-culture-warrior approach is alien to the majority of the party's new hard base of tribes, grievance groups, bitter her-turners, and social justice warriors. We saw how almost no blacks voted for Crazy in the 2016 Democrat primaries, and they will not turn out for him at near Obama-level numbers in the 2020 general....

Hillary is not in the least likable, and she came fairly close to moving in to the Oval Office. Kamala Harris is younger, browner and would get a massive Cinderella makeover from the DNC-media complex. She would be on Oprah, Ellen, etc so often you’d think she were co-hosting.
But I’m hoping that the leftover Bernie bots will push the old commie out to a series of primary victories that will suck the life out of the other rats including KH.
The Democrats have so many remarkable candidates who are fit for office. Most people in the country are anxious to know more about each candidate, knowing they have solutions to many tough issues.
Just a reminder, I said in a column here on FR at least a month ago Dinobernie would be the nominee and he will lose in Dikakis level proportions.

No. Dinobernie has built a powerful grassroots org over 2 years, has oodles more money, and has the “he was screwed” going for him.
She was a familiar face, and -- more than most candidates -- she didn't get as far as she did on her own.
People with a famous name get a boost once enough time has passed and people forget the bad stuff.

That's possible, but nothing I've seen so far shows me that she has one ounce of human warmth.

Dinobernie will be the candidate. He has the money, he has the organization. No one else comes close in these two areas.
No matter what happens on Twitter, it’s all about those two things. As I’ve pointed out over and over, it’s not only that he has money and org, but that “he is owed” and he WILL come in 2nd in virtually every race he doesn’t win. All the other races where he loses, the 3rd candidate (Kampuchea Harris, Betamale, Buttplugs-—dosen’t matter) will be such a distant 3rd as to not get delegates.
This is all about delegates. Dinobernie has the wherewithal to get delegates in EVERY SINGLE STATE, even when he loses. No one else will.
Trump’s gonna win in a landslide. McAwful will wait four years - afraid of being dubbed ‘biggest loser’...
Who do you see as his VP candidate in that scenario?
Who, Dinobernie or Buttplugs?
and they need a black candidate to galvanise black turn out and to take black votes away from Trump who has improved their lot in life more than any other
