It's that time of year again . . .
Once again I fought the idea of having the shoot in the same place as the previous year. But after some convincing talk from humblegunner, I agreed that he was right and the TCMS has found a home.

We have reserved Cherokee Village, http://cherokeevillageresort.com/ from September 26th ~ 29th. Please make your reservations by June 30th.
As usual there will be lots of food, fun, drinks, Scrabble and darts!

Thrilled to hear MK and Alan will be there. Keeping my fingers crossed that lauren will attend - it’s been too long since I’ve seen her.
I am too, and I know lauren is looking forward to coming. She’s just been soooo busy.
Sorry I have been so remiss in checking in but we will be there on Friday! Let me know if you need anything! Also if mylife wants to ride with us and stay in our cabin, he is welcome. Can’t wait to see everyone!

I damn near panicked! My calendar at work has the shoot as the weekend of September 13th. TheGirl’s baby shower is on the 14th. EGAD! I said . . .
Before I started hyperventilating I checked this post. WHEW! Although my pulse is still racing a bit.
Greetings all y’all!!! Well good news is we finally got the house sold.
Now the bad news:-( Last Wednesday at about 4pm my left shoulder shot craps on me. Dr. thinks I have a really bad case of calcitic inflammation. This is better than a rotator cuff tear BUT Dr. also said he could not rule out a rotator cuff tear.
And the hits keep a comin!!!
So if the steroid injection works and I DO NOT have a bad rotator cuff tear I plan on coming down. Will be able to make the call by Labor Day.
This getting old is not for wussies, eh?

It sure isn’t. Ya gotta be tough to survive it. Hope you can make it. Fingers crossed. Also hope the pain is gone soon. That stuff hurts!
Airline tickets, rental car and everything else set, to include a way of getting there avoiding I-35W by using the back roads thru Cleburne. People conversant with the area have warned me about I-35W.
Very smart. That will probably be the route we will take, since there is a toll road that goes from Ft. Worth, through Cleburne then on down to the lake road, called the Chisholm Trail Parkway.
I am very sadden that I will miss this one, you are all dear to me.
