As you probably know, Ilhan Omar is back in the news. She has taken a lot of criticism for her “some people did something” speech to a CAIR group in California. The problem with Omar’s speech is that she portrayed the September 11 terrorist attacks in anodyne fashion, while suggesting that their real significance lay in the horrific infringements of civil liberties that followed. (Only, of course, they didn’t.) Liberals have generally fallen in line to support Omar, while President Trump tweeted this just a few hours ago:

But Omar made the news today because of this tweet, which is puzzling to say the least:
“The people — and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!” President George W. Bush

No, saying ‘some people did something’ to refer to the worst terrorist mass murder in history is the problem.
When Bush said “these people” he followed up with a military attack to find and kill the bastards tat did this. And I don’t think Bush went far enough. The attack should have been so swift and fierce that no one else would even think about trying it again.

It is not overestimation, but an estimate made on the wrong parameters. Up to now, people have been unconsciously equating attacks made on Ilhan Omar as being against a “black immigrant female”, when in fact she is a jihadist militant, and deadly as a black mamba, which is fast, nervous, lethally venomous, and when threatened, highly aggressive.
The black mamba is widely considered the world’s deadliest snake, reaching up to 14 feet in length, although 8.2 feet is more the average. They are also among the fastest snakes in the world, slithering at speeds of up to 12.5 miles per hour.

Omar’s tweet makes no sense at all. But we should not underestimate or tolerate the Left’s dangerous ignorance and histrionics. Omar’s religiously based hatred that is shared by millions inspires terrorist attacks worldwide and threatens liberty and life across the free world.

The attacks were intended to bring both buildings down within minutes if not seconds. That would have resulted in the deaths of over 100K. Those in the buildings and the surrounding buildings and area. Two reasons to be thankful. The planes hit high and the towers were marvelously constructed. Designed in 1967 to survive a strike by a Boeing 707 doing 400knots. Unfortunately only impact, not resulting fire and hear had been prepared for.
In the same manner, the 93 bombing had been designed to bring down the one tower immediately. Killing 50K and Bubba treated it as a criminal enterprise, no more important than a bank robbery.
