Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has expressed his opinion on Saturday's fracas between an anti-immigrant senator and the teenager who smashed an egg on his head during a press event. Morrison said Sunday that Senator Fraser Anning should feel the full force of the law for allegedly punching the teen who egged him.

Given the poor quality of American education these days, learning otherwise usually takes experience in criminal law as a prosecutor or otherwise as part of law enforcement. The street cop approach to two guys who have gone at it without causing significant injury or property damage is often to threaten to run them both in if either wants to press charges, then make them shake hands and go their separate ways. Judges and prosecutors often take a similar approach when such cases reach court, sometimes with a finding and minor fines for “mutual public affray” against both.
Looks like the good Senator did not hit his assailant quite hard enough?
The Senator was assaulted, and he properly defended himself.
“The real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today is the immigration program which allowed Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place.”>>>>>>>>>>
Bought a book, bought a boom!
Give that man a cigar.
Bobby Kennedy let a Palestinian immigrant get close behind to him, ONCE. We are still suffering from it.
Wonder if they would feel better if the teen had popped him with a pistol.
Anything going to happen to him for assault?

I actually saw some idiot reporter calling it a “time honored method of protest” - as if we should just let people hit politicians with eggs (except leftist politicians, that is ... it’s time for the re-education camps if you try that on THEIR people!).
If any defense is treated to massive penalties, then the only sensible defense is maximum escalation.
The little sh** is 17. He deserved more than what he got. Act like a savage, get treated like one. Where’s the problem?
what about the boy who egged the Senator? Anything going to happen to him for assault?
= = =
How about for killing an unborn bird?
Curb stomp the little prick.
The right of self defence does apply in Australian law>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Yes it does:
Here is the self defense test:
“The question to be asked in the end is quite simple. It is whether the accused believed upon reasonable grounds that it was necessary in self-defence to do what he did. If he had that belief and there were reasonable grounds for it, or if the jury is left in reasonable doubt about the matter, then he is entitled to an acquittal. Stated in this form, the question is one of general application and is not limited to cases of homicide.

That’s the ticket! Maybe Anning should make overtures to be PM ?
Scott Morrison, let me introduce you to Fraser Anning, Queenslander, Australian, who has a right to express an opinion.
Mr Morrison, your knee-jerk reaction won't serve you well when it comes to the next election.
I’d say Scott Morrison is “out the door.”
A 17-year old is NOT a “boy”. Audie Murphy entered the U.S. Army at age 17 years 10 days, and registered his first kill (of Italian soldiers in Sicily) before his 18th birthday, killing 10 total by 18 years, 7 months.
Seen the movie “Sky High”? Here’s a deleted scene from my mind:
Tryout Coach Boomer: “Who’s next? Egg Boy? What is your power?
Egg Boy: “I smash eggs on the heads of people I don’t like.”
Boomer: “Sidekick! Who’s up next? Why are you holding those shoes?”
I can’t wait to see Morrison fall. The entire Australian Deep state has some MAJOR answering to do for Papadopoulos’s accusations that their government tried to bring down candidate Trump in 2016.
calling 17-year-old political activist “boy” is one thing; taxpayer-funded ABC in Australia called him “child” more than once in a radio news bulletin yesterday. noticed they changed it to “teenager” in their followup bulletin.
no-one calls him a “political activist”!
FakeNewsMSM as usual.
Idiot. He’s opened the door to a Labor victory, all because he wants to appease the muslim minority...the New Zealand Prime Minster wears a hijab, the Australian Prime Minister sacrifices the rights of an Independent MP to express an opinion, and we end up with a socialist Shorten and a renewed fleet of boat people, just waiting in Indonesia to get into their leaky boats and help themselves to our taxpayer funded welfare.
A pox on all politicians.
The stupid mouthy PM should feel the full force of the Senator’s backhand.
