President Donald Trump was not amused with the jokes about his slip-up when he called Apple's CEO Tim Cook "Tim Apple."
"I quickly referred to Tim + Apple as Tim/Apple as an easy way to save time & words," Trump wrote in a tweet Monday defending the phrase. "The Fake News was disparagingly all over this, & it became yet another bad Trump story!"

All thes incidents are being cataloged to feed the 25th amendment / unfit for office plan B if impeachmeant goes nowhere.

Trump has a little bit of a history for giving people nicknames. But I guess the media has decided its an impeachable offense.

And Tim Cook should be honored it was something so benign. Heck, he even adopted it as his Twitter handle.

Sean Hannity is infamous for interrupting guests to answer his questions to them for them. After all, he pretty well knows how his guest are going to reply to his questions.
Consider that he answers his questions to guests faster than the guest can say the words, probably so that he can cover as much material as he can before his next hard commercial break.
That being noted, consider that PDJT and Hannity are both New Yorkers, both very well aware of the New York minute, employing their own approaches to discussion shorthand” to save time, Tim Apple an example of PDJTs style.
Hannity, like many other talking heads, is a conductor of infomercials where the 'guests' are his props.
