Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a 2020 presidential hopeful, on Sunday defended using the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office if Trump administration officials deemed him unfit.
Ms. Warren said at a campaign rally in Las Vegas that administration officials are obligated to take the extreme path of invoking the 25th Amendment, The Nevada Independent reported.
“My point here is that if they believe that Donald Trump cannot fulfill the obligations of his office, then they have a constitutional responsibility to invoke the 25th Amendment,” Ms. Warren said, according to the newspaper. “Their loyalty under law is not to him personally. It is to the Constitution of the United States and to the people of United States.”

Let’s use the same bluff scare tactics then that the dems are using about the emergency declaration suggesting that it could be used for anything hereafter, and let’s suggest that this can be used on any president in the future, where “unfit” simply means not exactly fitting in with YOUR political positions.

Can the 25th amendment be used re: RBG on the Supreme Court...seems like a more proper use of 25th’s actual intentions.

She is absolutely correct except for the fact she has the wrong president. Should the sky fall and she became president the 25th would automatically be enacted.
If Trump can by any stretch be deemed “unfit” then Congress is derelict in its duty for not removing Elizabeth Warren from office for OBVIOUSLY being totally unfit for office.
