This just isnt fitting any of the Democrat-approved narratives.
So much for those background checks.
That’s unpossible!
August 3, 1995, he had a felony conviction for Aggravated Assault in Mississippi.
6 prior arrests by the Aurora Police Department, for traffic and domestic violence.
Arrested in 2008 for violating an order of protection.
January, 2014 the shooter was issued an Illinois Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) Card.
On March 6, 2014, the shooter applied to purchase a handgun.
On March 11, 2014, the shooter took possession of a Smith and Wesson 40 caliber handgun.
On March 16, 2014, the shooter applied for a concealed carry permit. Once his felony conviction was discovered, the concealed carry permit was rejected, and his FOID card was revoked.
Arrested in 2017 for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Damage to Property.
How was it possible for a felon to pass an FBI background check?
Violating an Order of Protection is also a felony from 2008, still bought a gun?
After having his FOID revoked for being a felon, and being on record as owning a firearm, why didnt that trigger an investigation?
This isnt a gun control issue, this is a case by multiple law enforcement agencies failing to stop legally prohibited persons from having a gun.
Almost seems like criminals bent on killing people don’t actually care if it’s illegal for them to own a gun. /s
This was a gun free zone as well.
Ironically, he wasn’t legally allowed to murder either, and yet he did.
We need a law to make it illegal to illegally purchase a gun illegally...
Pretty much justified the choice to fire him. Wonder how long they wanted to, but were told by counsel, hes black, dont do it?
Therefore, the shooting did not happen.
I have sat in these type of meetings. My god that’s horrifying. I never thought to be armed at work and we had some whackjobs terminated.
So - the “logical” response is for the Illinois legislature and the US Congress to pass egregious new laws and regulations and bans... because they will somehow protect the rest of us from criminals (who don’t care about laws).
Amazing. He wasn’t legally allowed to kill five people, either.
Actin’ all white, an’ sh#t.
No, they won't.
There is no redress available from our legal system for this kind of crime. And the victims are all still dead. The only aspect of justice available is that the perpetrator is also dead.
Note to company executives. When you are firing someone who is a member of the protected classes, or believed to have a violent temper, be sure to have armed guards present.
....and thats the last you’ll hear of it.
The concept of Civil Immunity says that no "civil servant" will be held responsible.
At best, the Illinois taxpayers would be on the hook. I can't say that I would shed too many tears for them, being Illinois.
Liberals...”Yeah, but if we had more gun laws, this wouldn’t have happened.”
Voted for Hillary ?
1) With his extensive police record, why was he hired by the Pratt Company in the first place? Diversity hire?
2) When the general area around the plant was on lockdown and it was thought the killer could be on the loose in the neighborhoods, I'll bet there were plenty of residents around there shaking in their boots and bemoaning the fact they didn't have a personal firearm in their homes for protection.
3) The perp's middle name was "Montez". Hmmm.....was he connected or related to with any illegals? There's more to this story than what we've heard so far.
4) If a white guy in a red cap had done the shooting, the cables and networks would be all over this heinous crime every hour, every day....in every way. But as soon as the perp was identified as a person of color....the crime suddenly began to get only slight, random notice from the MSM. In a day or two, this mass carnage will be relegated to the dust-bin of history.....except for those in the enemdia hell-bent on tying this all to Trump.
