Liam Neeson insists he’s not racist after saying he once wanted to kill a (random) black man
Posted on 02/06/2019 8:54:12 AM PST by Cubs Fan
Neeson explained that he made the initial comments to The Independent after the journalist asked how he tapped into vengeful feelings for his new movie, Cold Pursuit.
The topic of our film is revenge, its a dark comedy too, but its base is revenge. The lady journalist was asking me, how do you tap into that?
I remembered an incident nearly 40 years ago when a very dear friend of mine was brutally raped and I was out of the country and when I came back she told me about this.
I had never felt this feeling before, which was a primal urge to lash out. I asked her did she know the person, and his race. She said he was a black man.
I went out into black areas in the city looking to be set upon so that I could unleash physical violence and I did it four or five times.
...I did it for maybe a week hoping some (Neeson gestures air quotes with his fingers) black b****** would come out of a pub and have a go at me about something, you know? So that I could kill him.

Looks like another racial SHTF moment.
Gotta wonder, will he get racially blacklisted for this? or will he get a pass for being a hollywood trumphating libtard?

Racist Liam Neeson tells us he's not racist.
Eat Mitt, Trump-hater.
To: All
People are more upset that Liam once had a racist thought 40 years ago than a black person raped an innocent woman.

He’s on their side. Taking a little heat off Northham.

Seems pretty mindless and yes, racist - a person who happened to have skin color X did something bad to someone Neeson loved, therefore he went around looking for excuses to do something bad to some other random person who also happened to have skin color X. I'm not following the logic here.
To: Cubs Fan
Far as I’m concerned, he didn’t kill anybody, so who cares. I can’t tell you how many people I wanted to kill, at one time or another, but I didn’t, and neither did he.
Of course, I never went looking for some random person because of his race, either. Or any random person. Those I have hated, I had a good reason, but I got over it, and it seems he has too.

Hes on their side. Taking a little heat off Northham.the Northam thing threw me for a bit of a loop I was sure the libtards were going to hypocritically stick up for him, but they didn't.
Libtards like Neeson and Northam like to think only righties will pay the price. But the left seems to have an appetite for their own these days. Bon Appetite.

I'm not following the logic here.It does. OTOH if a black person has a bad experience at the hands of one white person (especially a white cop) they are allowed and encouraged to generalize that to all white people (and cops.)

I hate political correctness blacklisting and racial hysteria over fake or speeding ticket level stuff like this.
OTOH he is one of these libtard Trump haters who would be yelling to impeach trump for a lot less. I can't help feeling a little satisfaction seeing the libs eat another one of their own.

Bull excrement. He was not being dacist, he was feeling real human emotion over a crime to someone he cared about. Enough of this bullsh!t!
This latest race card crap is aimed at smothering the truth outed with Gov. Northam and Gov.Cuomo ... the demon rat party is the party of murder to the innocent. Don't help these sleazy bastards distract from the real issues ... unless of course you support the slaughter of the alive, sensing unborn and just born human beings.

He was inviting the violent to try it on him. VERY different from your purposed mischaracterization.
