A far-right conservative website was reportedly tipped off about the racist photo on Gov. Ralph Northam's medical school yearbook page by one of his former classmates.
A source from Big League Politics told the Washington Post the individual reached out because of "anger" over Northam's recent comments about a bill that would loosen restrictions on abortions.
“The revelations about Ralph Northam’s racist past were absolutely driven by his medical school classmate’s anger over his recent very public support for infanticide,” the unnamed source said.
Northam, a former pediatric neurologist, has faced a barrage of criticism for an interview he did with WTOP about whether he supported a bill to roll back restrictions on third-trimester abortions in his state.
"This is why decisions such as this should be made by providers, physicians, and the mothers and fathers that are involved," Northam said on Wednesday. "When we talk about third-trimester abortions, these are done with the consent of obviously the mother, with the consent of the physician — more than one physician, by the way — and it's done in cases where there may be severe deformities. There may be a fetus that's non-viable."
"If a mother is in labor, I can tell you exactly what would happen," Northam said. "The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that's what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue between the physicians and the mother."
He also said comments made by the bill's author, Virginia Democratic Del. Kathy Tran, had “really blown out of proportion.” Her bill never made it out of a subcommittee.
Conservative circles criticized Northam's comments, arguing the governor supported "infanticide." He responded in a tweet Wednesday evening, saying, "I have devoted my life to caring for...

The MSM which seems just as inclined to promote baby killers as the politicians uttering the words has invented a new measure of what is fact and what is news: the source of the tip. It is either factually correct or it isn't.
What isn't in dispute is his afront to the political candidate who he would not shake hands with. And what is FAR WORSE: his matter of fact treatment of young lives.

So 5 minutes after birth, helping a baby to breathe is dependent on whether the parents want the baby. But what about the next week? What if they decide they don’t want the baby a month later? Or when he’s three? Or 16? Who plays Gd here and decides sometimes it’s ok to murder or leave someone helpless to die? Who decides a special need (oh, now it’s ok to call it a deformity - why didn’t you lefties call Stephen hawking deformed?) makes younot good enough to be allowed to live?

I honestly thought no governor could be worse than Newsom.
I think the way he said it, without any of the careful qualifiers, tone, or legal responsibilities you mention, is enough to label him as a ghoulish infanticide supporter. A couple letting an anencephalic baby have her hour of life after birth in a sad, reverent condition is very different from the words he used. He deserves this criticism.
Oh, well...if most hospitals aren't going to allow such a murder...guess we've got nothing to be concerned with about this.

But I believe that so-called "Anencephalic" babies are born with a brain stem (which means that they can, e.g., breathe on their own), but without a cerebrum (which governs "thinking").

On Fox News, Dan Bongino stated that he was given the black face photo in October, prior to the election, but couldn’t verify it so he didn’t use it.
