The MSM which seems just as inclined to promote baby killers as the politicians uttering the words has invented a new measure of what is fact and what is news: the source of the tip. It is either factually correct or it isn't.

A critical element of Margaret Sanger’s “Negro Project” was to locate PP “clinics” in or very close to black neighborhoods. That remains the case today.
