Funny thing, I had to look up cisgender, and it is basically a person who is not sexually confused but “identifies” with their sexual assignment at birth. Strange thing about the word assignment...who assigned the gender to them?
Someone needs to explain to her that genetically she is Caucasian (aka white). “Hispanic” is not a racial group, but a linguistic identification, from one of the romance (aka Latin origin) Spanish.

I have no idea what “cisgendered” means but the closest I could come was the word “cistern”. Now a cistern is a barrel or well-like structure/item used to collect and save water (usually rainwater or well-water).
So if Ocasionally Mentally impaired Cortex is “cisgendered”, does that mean she is a “water container”? If so, a toilet is also a water container so we can make the jump from her being “cisgendered” to “cistern” to “toilet bowl”. And you know what people do in a toilet bowl. That sounds like O-C. Either a “piss pot” or “crackpot”, or both.
Well, Alexandra, it is better to be pissed off than pissed on, so you might want to rethink who you are, if you really are who you think you are. Confused? Yes you are.
