A quick search for info on the Indigenous Peoples March shows it was intended to be at 1964 independence av SW DC (about halfway down on the south side of the reflecting pool) Is he still a ‘protestor’ at the ‘Indigenous Peoples March’ if he wasn’t still at the place his org presumably got a permit for?
