The account is part of twitter. The set it up.
That works if the bot wasn’t passing through a VPN.
Absolutely. They can pin it down to the user’s local ISP connection and geographic area. And if there were ever any postings from a phone to that account they can track it back to the very tower it came from.
This is why I have to give Domain owners and webmasters a lot of credit for respecting privacy. They can all do this.
