To point out the obvious, doesn’t this remind of the recent events with the late John McCain? They said he was doing great until there was the small announcement that they had discontinued chemo, and 2-3 days later he died.

All else being equal, I’m guessing that she will be gone sometime this summer.

That's not quite accurate. The left lung has 2 lobes and the right has 3. She lost 20 percent of her lungs, 1 lobe out of her left lung, or 1 out of 5 lobes.
