18 month old Richie needs your prayers

Prayer Warriors have seen this but we need everyone to offer prayers for Richie.

Picture a few months old but the only one I have available.

First a little history .... The last week of November, Richie received several vaccines which included the flu vaccine.

On December 2nd, he was hospitalized with paralysis of his arms and legs. He was put on a respirator and the outlook was bleak. I posted a note on FB asking for prayers from family and friends.

Richie is the grandson of a cousin who is more like a little brother than a cousin.

No new update but I decided to share today's photo as I thank you for your continued prayers.

Brian got a small smile today .... you think this kid could be spoiled? LOL

I wonder if he was not a happy camper because he had to share Daddy with Grandpa and Grandma. He usually gets all of the attention.

Not to be misunderstood .... I would spoil him rotten.

On Laura Ingraham’s show on Fox the other night she had a story including this new ‘rare’ polio like paralysis that has been being reported with more frequency. It was the same thing Richie has. I think it was night before last.

for Richie and family...
It is impossible to believe that just an hour goes by and there is not at least one of us here who doesn’t send a prayer up in their behalf. Richie has tugged many a heart string and so many are now pulling for him and asking that Our LORD hear our prayers.

Our prayers do not cease, our Faith does not fade.

Our prayers do not cease, our Faith does not fade. Amen. We will not give up. God certainly wants this little one well. I pray that someone lays hands on him daily and speaks the life of Jesus over his body. The Bible says that we will "lay hands on the sick and they shall recover." I trust what the Word of God tells us. He wants Richie to be strong, healthy, and to have a powerful testimony! It does not always happen immediately, but He says they WILL recover. Hold onto that promise. God bless all of you.
