Prayer Warriors have seen this but we need everyone to offer prayers for Richie.
First a little history .... The last week of November, Richie received several vaccines which included the flu vaccine.
On December 2nd, he was hospitalized with paralysis of his arms and legs. He was put on a respirator and the outlook was bleak. I posted a note on FB asking for prayers from family and friends.
Richie is the grandson of a cousin who is more like a little brother than a cousin.
We stand with you. Amen to all of your prayers
Let's pray together,...... Lord Jesus it is so very hard to understand these extreme and difficult positions when those we care about face decisions which are beyond our ability to relate unless we ourselves have faced these. ....But you know the way in which you want this wee one to go, and his parents, and so we ask that your wisdom would be given them to do exactly according to your will for this dear child. Help them to see your way through the fog of uncertainty as they struggle on this path...and give all those standing with them the love and understanding they will need for the parents as and when it's needed most..... ..And Lord bring your loving and sustaining hands to the aide of this little child whom we know you love more than any can. Carry him through this as you will and desire so that your will and purposes are entirely fulfilled.
We lift to you all surrounding this child completely into your hands as well..and may all be touched to see your face. And this for your glory and honor....In your name we pray...Amen.
P.S. And Amy I leave with you these flowers, a scented candle and a window to gaze out of to comfort your tears...He sees every one.

Prayers for little Richie and for you all.
I have a similar autonomic cardiovascular anomaly. I’m old, still here, and can’t figure out how or why. Keep the faith. Prayers up for Richie.

Dear Lord, You have Richie in Your hands and Richie will be the stronger from being so very close to you...but Richie’s parents and those who love him and them will be sorely tested as this plays out and I ask you to give them the strength of faith in Your goodness. Father, don’t let the adults ignore the example being set by the child and fall into despair and second-guessing...please place Your loving arms around them and help them cope with what they see as a needless slap against an innocent and beautiful child...give them strength and peace and allow them to appreciate Your goodness as they watch over Richie and his struggles...make them stronger.

Correction,,, the first case in Michigan. Too early and writing getting ready for work.
This might be their diagnosis, but I still wonder about the vaccinations causing it. This is related to the same diseases the vaccines were for.
Prayers continue for Richie and his family. Hold them in my heart.
