I regret ever voting for the POS in 2012. Just as well that Obama thrashed him.
I have felt the same way, and often wondered which way we’d have ended up worse off. Seems like a toss-up.
Obama was a better option in 2012. A “President RomneeeBitch” would have lead to a GOP establishment that we may have never had the chance to overcome.

Seriously, with Romney the slow death would have went on unnoticed as it did with Bush 1, Clinton, and Bush II. Obama made death to America so obvious we got Trump. The best thing obama ever did was keep Romney out of the WH.
I didn’t vote for him against Obama and I’m glad Obama beat him. Obama, for all his faults, was a better president than Romney would have been.

There is a pattern with Republicans. Obama could eat them for lunch, degrade them, insult them, and still they take up the mantle against Trump. Just like Gen Matthis who was fired by a note only and he never wrote a resignation letter that was degrading against Obama. He did so for Trump. I wonder if Matthis wasn’t another Obama plant. Make it appear that he was against someone for not following him in order for Trump to rehire them.
Just odd that Matthis wrote that letter against Trump but not Obama.
Romney was insulted, degraded by Dems and the media and yet, he fights back against Trump.
Our party cowers with the Dems and they eat their own party. You never see this happen with the Dems and their own party. The Dems tow the party line no matter what. Even Hillary, stepping down to allow Obama to be President.
No we get McCain, Flake, Collins, Murkowski and few others who vote with Dems.
