House Democrats will refuse to seat North Carolina Republican candidate Mark Harris on Jan. 3 as state election authorities investigate election fraud claims surrounding his race, incoming House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) said Friday.
Hoyer told The Washington Post that Democrats would oppose any effort to seat Harris, who leads Democrat Dan McCready by 905 votes in the state's 9th District.

Yup, refuse to seat the AZ lying commie and point out the NC GOP guy is being blocked for doing the exact same vote harvesting that put ~14 new Rats into the House. He just didn’t bother to get his harvest blessed by a bunch of Rats in Sacramento first!

I don’t know how Sessions has any authority to do anything now, but this kook says we still need to sit back and see what mad skillz Sessions will yet unveil, because Sessions certainly didn’t unveil anything in his tenure as a Federal employee.
Maybe Sessions has connections he will unveil in the next year that will stun us, but something tells me Sessions is done for and glad to be put to pasture.

So before the new Congresscritters are seated, who gets to vote whether or not to seat them? Don’t the new Congresscritters have to be seated before they can vote on who can be seated?
Why can’t the existing Republican majority refuse to seat all of the new Democrat Congresscritters (other than the fact that hey have no balls)?

Are they going to seat the newly minted Muslim Congresswoman from MN who is here because of immigration fraud and who is married to her brother? Do the Republicans care about the reputation of the House of Representatives, rapidly deteriorating into a den of thieves?.
That's because DC has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democrat party since FDR, with the GOP being window dressing in attempt to sustain the illusion of representative government.

The Consitution prescribes a two year term for the House. At the end of two years they are no longer members of Congress and have no say. The new Democrat majority is the exclusive judge of incoming members.
Sessions did his job already. Try keeping up.
