the more re-counting time the D’s get, the more D-commie=socialist votes they will “find”

and it is judges that this that enable this election=theft process to continue... and continue...and continue...and continue,,,

From Palm beach post

Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher told The Palm Beach Post her understanding is that whatever the judge orders will be challenged by the Florida Secretary of State in the federal courts. Efforts to reach the Secretary of Stae and the Florida Division of Elections were unsuccessful on Tuesday afternoon.

Bucher said late Monday that her staff could complete the recount of only the U.S. Senate seat by the 3 p.m. Thursday deadline. That would mean that, by default, Palm Beach County’s final vote tallies in the governor’s race, the agriculture and consumer services commissioner’s race and Bonfiglio’s race would be the results Bucher’s office submitted to the state on Saturday.

There are two other recounts in the state; a state Senate race in Hillsborough County and a state House race in Volusia County.

no. this must be overturned. a judge CANNOT make up election law on the fly.

this is 2000 REDUX.

Supremes must step in and halt.

Keep counting and recounting until enough votes are found to reach the proper result.

Leon County is Tallahassee. Is this judge a friend of Gillum’s? What is his/her name?

Two days before Thanksgiving? Uh, Mr. Judge Your Honor, can we please extend the extension to November 26th so the counters can go home for Thanksgiving? Oh wait, Mr. Judge Your Honor, we had planned to shop that week. Can we extend the extension of the extension to December 3rd?

Etc.

Of course, just keep extending the deadline, state laws mean nothing. This needs to be fought and go to the USSC if it has to. This should have been the case in Arizona, why in the Hell do the Republicans always fold so easily?????????

Does the US Supreme Court have to intervene in Florida voting AGAIN, and say “STOP!”

While the vote gap may creep closer and closer, only when given an infinite amount of time, will it be closed enough so the Democrat may be declared the “winner”.

Gore was never ahead in 2000, even though George W. Bush never asserted his position as front-runner all through those multiple recounts. Bush was perfectly willing to allow Gore to win, regardless of the consequences, if it came to that.

Neither Rick Scott nor Ron DeSantis should have that fatalistic view of the outcome. Rolling over and playing dead is no longer an option.

The other side plays for keeps.

Does anyone see a reference to the judiciary deciding
the timeframe for an election at the state level?

Article 1

Section 4

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.

Section 5

Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members, and a Majority of each shall constitute a Quorum to do Business; but a smaller Number may adjourn from day to day, and may be authorized to compel the Attendance of absent Members, in such Manner, and under such Penalties as each House may provide.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

Each House shall keep a Journal of its Proceedings, and from time to time publish the same, excepting such Parts as may in their Judgment require Secrecy; and the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal.

Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.

In other news, a large convoy of trucks and vans has been spotted headed for Florida with pallets and boxes of newly discovered ballots.

Oddly enough, they were found in an abandoned WaPo publications distribution center and smelled of fresh ink, some bystanders that were able to approach the vehicles stated.
