A Leon County circuit judge ruled Tuesday that the recount of midterm votes in Palm Beach County, Fla., will be extended to Nov. 20, five days after the initial deadline.
The order will extend recounts for a U.S. Senate race between incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson (D) and Gov. Rick Scott (R), as well as the gubernatorial race between former Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) and Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D).
The Florida recount, which is taking place in Palm Beach and Broward counties, has become contentious, with all sides accusing each other of dishonorable behavior.

Here we go. Dial up your concession speech Rick.
the more re-counting time the D’s get, the more D-commie=socialist votes they will “find”
and it is judges that this that enable this election=theft process to continue... and continue...and continue...and continue,,,
From Palm beach post
Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher told The Palm Beach Post her understanding is that whatever the judge orders will be challenged by the Florida Secretary of State in the federal courts. Efforts to reach the Secretary of Stae and the Florida Division of Elections were unsuccessful on Tuesday afternoon.
Bucher said late Monday that her staff could complete the recount of only the U.S. Senate seat by the 3 p.m. Thursday deadline. That would mean that, by default, Palm Beach Countys final vote tallies in the governors race, the agriculture and consumer services commissioners race and Bonfiglios race would be the results Buchers office submitted to the state on Saturday.
There are two other recounts in the state; a state Senate race in Hillsborough County and a state House race in Volusia County.
no. this must be overturned. a judge CANNOT make up election law on the fly.
this is 2000 REDUX.
Supremes must step in and halt.
Since there is no rush, recount the whole damned state, not just two Rat infested areas.
They can and if they are a Democrat.
Another judge who thinks he makes the law.
Laws are stupid,, let’s just ignore them, ok?
Keep counting and recounting until enough votes are found to reach the proper result.
Leon County is Tallahassee. Is this judge a friend of Gillum’s? What is his/her name?
Who petitioned the Court?
So they haven’t made enough votes yet?
SCOTUS bound !
