House Democrats figured out how to win in districts that narrowly supported President Trump in 2016. Now they have to figure out how to govern there.
That’s one of the key issues facing Democrats as they prepare to take control of the House for the first time in eight years: How do they strike a balance between progressive voters who are anxious to see Democrats stand up to Trump and more moderate voters in formerly Republican districts who decided to pull the lever for Democrats this week?
Both constituencies will be pivotal to shaping the party’s identity ahead of 2020, when Democrats will be trying to hang onto the House while Trump runs for reelection. Moderates and progressive House members are both trying to position themselves for the coming identity crisis – or power struggle – in a closely divided chamber.

I had this feeling if the Dems were to win the House and it could end up being that very bitter trophy if this sort of thing (very well likely to do so) were to take place.
Any talk of the democrats being divided is just for clicks and giggles. They can’t do anything legislatively anyway so policy differences are irrelevant. They will all be 100% united in what they can actually do-bogus investigations and bad-faith obstruction.

Who writes this tripe? They are ALL radicals with some of them pretending to be moderates in order to get elected. They LIE, its in their DNA. Like Gillum’s buddy said in the Project Veritas recordings: “Modern fairy tales always begin with ‘Once I am elected’”.

There will be no government shutdowns. I predict we will see two years with no budget and just continuing resolutions to fund the government.

When you look at the new batch just elected, Nancy is a moderate.
Since the newbies are open about their socialism the Press will have a harder time projecting competence.
It’s a rapidly sliding scale and that fits perfectly with the party that sees no objective truth. There are no more Boys and Girls. All cultures are equally good (except for white males). There is no right or wrong. Everything is a shade of gray.
