The beachfront property was rented, the guests were invited and an ever-organized Brett M. Kavanaugh had some advice for the seven Georgetown Preparatory School classmates who would be joining him for the weeklong escapade. In a 1983 letter, a copy of which was reviewed by The New York Times, the young Judge Kavanaugh warned his friends of the danger of eviction from an Ocean City, Md., condo. In a neatly written postscript, he added: Whoever arrived first at the condo should warn the neighbors that were loud, obnoxious drunks with prolific pukers among us. Advise them to go about 30 miles...

Pretty brutal description of Holton Arms girls. They must of been nasty girls all I can say.
"When he drank, Mr. Garrett would stutter words that began with the letter F. It became such a joke that many football teammates, including Judge Kavanaugh and Mr. Garrett himself, had FFFFF references in their personal yearbook pages. Mr. Garrett, now a middle-school teacher in Georgia..."
The Democrats and their left wing media allies claimed that entry in the yearbook showed Mr. Kavanaugh was focused on crude sex, but in reality it was just another lie by a leftist, and more fake news.
Why is Dr. Ford driving that car???
looks like he went throught rites of passage to adulthood very well just like millions of other young people. he who is without sin cast the first stone..
We had a big party at our secluded, junky rental house. Rented a hot tub for the party. We invited the older guy that lived about 600 feet away (on the same property). To either have him join the fun, or warn him!
He joined us for awhile for burgers and drinks, then went back to his place.
Anyone who has not lived life, and taken full advantage of their youth, even with a few regrets, probably has no experience to be SC judge.
Certainly, Bill Clinton and Obama, and even JFK were celebrated for their youthful indulgences even while in office.
“seems fake”
Sounds like an Animal House influenced crack at writing a humorous letter.
He got drunk as a teenager? That’s all they have?
Bart? Kavanaugh’s defense: “My name isn’t Bart.”

I’m thinking the Dems are out for
revenge as they were the “nerd”
class in highschool and college,
and were never invited to the parties.
They can’t handle rejection.
When I was around 21 we had a kegger at our house. I had 2 other roommates so yeah, the house was full....all night long. One keg didnt last long enough so someone went and got another one. And we invited all the neighbors so they wouldnt complain!
We all wrote in cursive back in 83....the s letter is BS!
So he was a normal 18 year old sowing some wild oats and not a wannabe monastic.
He seeking a seat on the SCOTUS, not sainthood.

“Every Senior who lived in Maryland during that time (including me) went to Ocean City during Beach Week.”
Correct. I went to high school in Montgomery County. Graduated in 1985. Went to Ocean City for Beach Week in June. Got very drunk. Every night. Probably went to one of “Bart’s” parties and then hit the beach outside the Carousel.
ya got a point
RUSH has a song from an early album that captures those days - “Lakeside Park”
Lakeside Park
Willows in the breeze
Lakeside Park
So many memories
Laughing rides
Midway lights
Shining stars
On summer nights
Days of barefoot freedom racing with the waves
Nights of starlit secrets, crackling driftwood flames
Drinking by the lighthouse, smoking on the pier
Still we saw the magic was fading every year.
