He was on Fox....Dr. Ford seems like a wonderful woman.....not bothered by vote delay...…

He's trying to look like a calm adult in a government filled with Chicken Littles.

Because there still remains elements of the CABAL obamaumao deep state fbi— who are willing to do anything to prevent their being uncovered.

So, the dhimmis think they can steer an investigation through Rosenswine— just like the Mueller set up.

But this is NOT going to happen. Cause Rosenswine is teetering on his own resignation-— the dead horse head is in his bed (Godfather... offer he will have to accept).

Is Flake an idiot? I thought the FBI could not investigate this, because it should be looked at by Maryland investigators?

There are two types of investigations here. Criminal and background.

The FBI would not conduct a criminal investigation because the stated crime of sexual assault is not a federal offense, it is a state offense so it would be investigated by local law enforcement (unless the statute of limitations ran out).

However, the FBI could "expand" Kavanaugh's last background investigation if "new" allegations or evidence came forward. This would be an administrative investigation, not a criminal investigation.

another week of bimbo eruptions....nice going pubs.

No delay was agreed to.

Flake suggested it and Grassley called the committee vote without responding to him.

Could argue it. Keeping this controversy alive seems to be increasing the motivation of the GOP base. But they need to eventually confirm him.

LOL What Dr. Ford was he talking about? I sense sarcasm on his part. Then again, what can he say? This whole thing is so precarious on votes, one wrong word from the President and they could lose a few.

Goodbye to the Republican party. Let the Democrat/Socialist/Communist party take over. Let’s see how you weak spined RINO’s like living under a Communist system that will make the Soviet Union and Cambodian systems look like Disneyland.

Flake wants the cushy lobbyist job waiting for ex-senators. If the swamp is drained there is no morass to navigate. Therefore no cushy jobs for ex-senators.

So unless his vote is absolutely required it doesn’t matter if there is an investigation or not. Flake gave cover to the to women. They took the FBI story to cover their yes votes. Now Flake can declare, after a few days, the investigation complete and vote YES.

I'm annoyed by Flake's duplicitousness, but actually, if a quick FBI investigation is what's needed to win over Collins and Murk, then, fine. We don't yet have the votes without them.

It's now in McConnell's hands... yes, we (often rightfully) trash him on FR, but this is his wheelhouse. Let's let him go to work on it.

Congratulations to Todd Akin for not withdrawing and giving the seat to McKaskill when everyone knew he was going to lose. Congratulations to the Republican Sec of State in Alabama for not delaying Senate vote and to those who supported Judge Moore when everyone knew he was going to lose. And so here we are.

EXACTLY, Doug. So here we are. Kavanaugh's confirmation is completely up in the air now. And with this delay, he and his family continue to live in this hell, and may have been ruined for absolutely nothing.

The investigation will not stop in a week. They will keep finding new crackpots that need investigating to take it to the midterms.

A few minutes ago, Chris Coons hinted "there MIGHT BE possible new allegations" vs. Judge Kavanaugh that could be found during this so-called one week FBI investigation. Well, of course!!

Oh... just breaking: MurKOWski now is supporting Flake's FBI investigation delay.
