Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Committee vote tomorrow. Matters that are voted to the Senate floor require a three day notice, which was given Tuesday.
Full Senate could vote on Monday if McConnell has a procedural session Saturday.
Another lawsuit filed in DC court for an injunction to delay the confirmation ... even CBS admits it’s not likely to succeed because it’s late and because there is no precedent (didn’t mention the Constitutional prohibition for one branch to control another.)
Hannity is a broken record and can’t stop talking long enough for his guests to give a complete answer. I had to stop watching his show. I would shout at the TV telling him to SHUT UP and it was scaring he dogs.
What a Day!!
Yes, and there will definitely be some drinking in this house tonight.
I suspect the race is different than what is being polled for the specific race because of the margin we see at this time for the Governor’s race. Certainly, the same people are not being polled when polling occurs for each race, but it is hard to reconcile a 19 point lead for Abbott vs only a 4.5 point lead for Cruz.
There are probably a few people who in the past might have voted for Cruz that will now vote for Rob O’Rourke, but I don’t think that many of the people that favor Abbott will not favor Cruz. If that is not the case, the perhaps Abbott is more jeopardy than we think, but I don’t think Abbott is in any jeopardy at all.
Not necessarily a gigantic victory for Cruz, but I think somewhere between 7 and 12 points, edging more towards 12.
You bet! You anywhere near Auburn :-)
Fox Business is safe to watch
Yes, sorry for the typo ...
Hahaha.. Same here!

zzzzz
God Bless Judge Kavanaugh. I hope and pray that the upcoming votes for him are more than enough to not just confirm him, but also to repudiate the filth that we have seen on display in this ‘process’.
And I also hope and pray that come November, we the voters make the most of our chance to let these filth know exactly what we think of them at the ballot box.
This must never be allowed to happen again.
Senator Tillis office phone number: (202) 224-6342
I have called and left a message thanking him for his comments and for his assertion that he is supporting Judge Kavanaugh for the Supreme Court.
Welcome others to do the same.

Alyssa Milano wants a Q&A session? She seriously thinks she has the brain power to take on Judge Brett Kavanaugh? So she’s a comedian as well as an arrogant actress?
Lol
On schedule. Committee vote tomorrow, full Senate vote this weekend, swear Kavanaugh in on Monday morning.
I dropped everything, housecleaning etc and was glued to the tv and on line!! I need a kavanuagh beer just about now!!
You obviously don’t mean me because I have believed from the git-go that Kav would be confirmed.
