Rats keep trying to get him admit that he drank a lot in high school, maybe passed out, and became aggressive. Kavenaugh keeps deflecting the questions. There are two reasons - if he admitted it, his nomination is over, if he denies it, the committee would bring forth one or more who would contradict him. The Rats would say he lied under oath and he should not only be denied confirmation, but should be brought up on perjury charges.
