The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
I don’t know what people expected did they expect Kavanaugh to bang his arms on the table and tell Martha..DAMN IT I DIDNT DO IT..he will say that today, he didn’t do it..it wasn’t HIM..was he supposed to stand on his head, juggle and say he didn’t do it

The Dems have managed to PISS OFF women... 2016 the working class told them to go to hell... 2018 a good number of women are going to tell them the same thing....
Women aren’t buying this... they aren’t... They see right through it and are ANGRY about it... even ones who are willing to believe the womans allegations at face value... are ANGRY and PISSED.. because they understand this is not an example of a serial sexual predator, and see them trying to destroy a mans life, and use a woman to do it...
This is a LOSER for Dems.. and they just are too stupid to see it...
I have heard it said that the very worst person to put on the stand isn’t eyewitness because they simply cannot be believed. This for at this thread now with over 3000 posts exactly proves this point. I’m assuming everyone here has either heard or is watching this hearing and yet there are so many different opinions of what we’re seeing some say that the attorney for the Republicans has made a mockery of Ford pointing out of all her inconsistencies and fabrications. Others say that Ford is just doing a great job and the council for the Republicans is ineffective. Well it surely can’t be both can it?
What the public believes is not important in this case. It is what the Republican Senators believe. They are only looking for cover to vote for Kavanaugh. And the inconsistencies in Ford’s story I’ve given them that and don’t forget the other allegation which were made at the last minute. To date if they’re all the settings done there is not one single corroborating Witness who has stood up and said they heard about this happening 37 years ago.
Mitch McConnell has already said this will be going to the full senate floor for an up-or-down vote. And he did say that will happen whether this gets out of committee or not. I’ve been interested and know enough about politics to believe that no way Mitch McConnell would put this out on the floor for an up-or-down vote if you didn’t know that he had enough votes on board for confirmation.
We still have no evidence that Dr Ford was sexually assaulted by Kavenaugh.
We DO have evidence that Dr Ford is a woman who has been ambushed by Democrats, to be used as a political weapon.
We are so sad that the Democrats abused this woman, this way.

Agree - and this was Collins hand picked selection. If GOP wins seats in the future, her vote becomes meaningless. she will suck it up and fight for Judge K.

What a terrible time to be a parent of a maturing child. Instead of guiding them into adulthood by helping them properly make amends for mistakes; they now have to tell them you cannot make mistakes.
There has been no Supreme Court Justice yet who never made mistakes in their teens.
Teens are first given adult-like freedoms. They WILL MAKE MISTAKES. This is how it is supposed to be. Teen age is training wheel adulthood.
As Dennis Prager says, exemplary good lives are meaningless, if beforehand a childhood mistake negates any good life thereafter.

—spoke about incident to her beach friends - who are they? and said she spoke “Definitely Not” to her parents - making calls from driveway and Walgreen’s parking lot
—she wanted to remain confidential but was hiring lawyers end of July and taking polygraph. really?
—confusion about polygraph - who paid for polygraph recorded or not memory issue
said that it was ‘all over her body” - huh?
said she was at her grandmother’s funeral in a.m. that day but also at polygraph that a.m.? really? memory issue?
—didn’t know Senate comm had volunteered to come to her. huh?
—said “hello” to the infamous attacker Mark Judge after this incident - really?
—wants to describe all the other parties she went to in response to Mitchell’s question (but can’t remember the traumatic party). Went to other parties where Kavanaugh was present (but never made an issue with anyone present that his attendance made her uncomfortable and didn’t leave the parties).
—she seems as if someone else is running her - turning to her lawyers, referring to notes -

This strategy of theirs was brilliant:
1. Hit Kavanaugh so bad nobody will ever want to go through the process ever again.
2. Ensure no male ever again gets nominated, ever. Pack the courts with women. Right or left, the sisterhood will likely out.
3. If lucky, Kavanaugh is defeated. A bonus.
4. Kavanaugh passes. Likely going to happen anyway, but the bridge to the court for men of any color has been burned to a crisp.
The D’s won already. They should have hauled DiFi off for weeks of questioning about her Chinese spy. They should have drawn it out.
The senate numbers are already counted. Stop worrying.

All of it has been scripted, every answer, what she’s wearing, the way she’s speaking, the fake tear moments.
Why the hell didn’t the women prosecutor read the two vague questions the examiner asked in the lie detector test. They are making this lie detector test sound like it’s a slam dunk. She had to show it forth the fake it was. She filled out a questionnaire, that’s what “took so long”, and then was asked if anything in the answers she gave was false...
That is not a legit test, they need to have her answer specific questions and chart her responses. Clearly, the essential question... Are you sure it was BK that did what you are claiming he did to you?
