Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
Bbc lawyer commentator makes the point that montgomery county has no statute of limitations for sexual offenses and if ford so chose that she could file a complaint at any time and that the police would certainly take it Seriously. The fact that ford has so far not filed a complaint tends to indicate according to the lawyer a problem with fords testimony.
No, she is slowly building her case. She has pointed out, at least twice, that Ford's memory is very hazy, not dependable. If you listen carefully, you will be able to tick off the items she'll bring up in her summation...does she get one? A closing statement?
Does anybody know who called for the recess or was it just Chairman Grassley being “kind” to Professor Fraud?
I’ve with you. I know everyone wants to see Ford blasted into orbit, but I’m seeing a methodical professional at work and like the direction she going in. Ford will be blasted but not until everything is in place.
That's why she was coached to say that the four boys and other girl were not necessarily the only people there, there could have been others.

Not watching, but expect the prosecutor's last few minutes will be in asking many K questions such as,
"Do you think it likely a woman who claims she was almost raped and feared for her life at the time would pleasantly greet one of the participants the next day at the market?"
The questions, in cross-examination form but not addressed to the claimant, will come rapid fire and will be quickly answered with Yes or No responses.
Actually, I can’t even remember the points the attorney was trying to make. Completely disjointed questioning, impossible for any attorney.

This Kavanaugh confirmation is the last chance to save the Republic. If he drops out, the Republic is GONE, because the Demonrats will pile these accusations on ANY Republican candidate to the Supreme Court or anywhere else.
