The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
I've been on the stand 10+ times in court and arbitration as an expert witness and I have learned how skillful attorneys create traps during cross-examination without you even realizing it. Mitchell knows exactly what she's doing.
It is only a matter of time until she boxes Ford in with her own words and springs the trap.
Well wouldn’t that hold true for any trauma victim? But we know that is not the case. Memory is not always reliable even (maybe especially) for trauma victims. Especially if you need to accuse a person decades later.
And the prosecutor is breaking through the rehearsed lying by nailing her on the conversations that she claimed were going on but now says she doesn’t know were going on.

And she was 15. I don’t think a 15 year old is a good judge of someone’s level of “inebriation”.

Not a big deal. The GOP “Prosecutor” is basically validating the testimony. Quibbling over minor issues isn’t going to change anything.

I’m not watching... so she doesn’t know whose house it was? Did they break and enter? otherwise it was the house of someone she’s identified or someone else
