Sounds like she's in part defining repressed memory recovery....which is highly questionable by many in the Psychiatric field as the mind can 'create' a story even if something didn't actually happen as an individual 'remembers' under therapy. If she is drawing from memory based on that sort of therapy than I'll say right away... Baloney!

I had a liberal friend insist to me that women can’t lie about these things. She recounted to me her personal details about something that happened to her a couple of decades ago. My friend was almost in tears doing it. There is no way Ford went through anything close to what she did. My friend was angry insisting that why would she ( Ford ) lie? I explained about money and politics.

So far Ford’s testimony reminds me of Anita Hill’s. Much BS over nothing. It still never even looked to me that Hill was buying her own BS. My friend’s highly charged emotional defense of Ford had the exact opposite effect doing a Tonya Harding to her point.
