Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh was accused Wednesday by another woman of having engaged in sexual misconduct at parties while he was a student at Georgetown Preparatory School in the 1980s.

The allegation came from Julie Swetnick, 55, who like Judge Kavanaugh, 53, grew up in the Washington suburbs. In a statement posted on Twitter by her lawyer, Ms. Swetnick said she observed the future Supreme Court nominee at parties where women were verbally abused, inappropriately touched, made “disoriented” with alcohol or drugs, and “gang raped.”

Ms. Swetnick grew up in Montgomery County, Md., graduating from Gaithersburg High School in 1980 before attending college at the University of Maryland, according to a résumé for her posted online. Judge Kavanaugh graduated from Georgetown Prep in 1983.

In her statement, Ms. Swetnick wrote that she met Judge Kavanaugh and Mr. Judge in 1980 or 1981 when she was introduced to them at a house party in the Washington area.

Per NYT, she was three years ahead of him in school.

She was a college coed at the University of Maryland but she was partying with boys who were sophomores or juniors in high school?

Total BS.

To just take a small bite out of this Apple most of the allegations are just of Teenagers acting badly at parties and don’t rise to the level of anything actionable or disqualifying. Then she shifts into all this gang rape stuff and that’s another story.

Not only should she be charged with contributing to the delinquency of minor children, but why would anyone be stupid enough to say that they attended TEN of these gang rape parties??? That type of person should be locked up for twenty years for the safety of society.

Ok, I can’t believe I’m going to say this but somehow a real, actual journalist manages to slip through the hiring program at the NYT. They are actually doing some digging.

I’m so confused!!

A complete, massive, flaming load. And the corrupt media is happily burrowing into it.

BREAKING: Congressional sources say new Kavanaugh accuser Swetnick can offer no eyewitness or other evidence to show the SCOTUS nominee participated in any alleged “gang rape” or forced himself on girls, and that she only personally witnessed him drinking “excessively” at parties

She also has severe mental issues, problems with substance abuse and is deeply in debt.

She also grew up in Montgomery Village. She would not have been partying with the rich, private school kids in Bethesda.

Her story is completely unbelievable.

The Democrats will make up any lie to destroy Kavanaugh and his family.

So, to review.. This woman was three years older and saw much younger kids doing this so-called drugging and “gang rape,” and though she was probably 20 or 21 - likely an adult - did nothing to stop it from happening and as a matter of fact, went back to subsequent parties. And though she, as an adult, had seen this occur and took no preventive action says... what? It says she was a willing participant.

How could anyone think this is true? If they do they need some serious medical help.

She says she attended parties where high schoolers were drugging girls and pulling trains on these high school minors.

Here she was, of legal adult age, and she was attending up to ten of them by here account. At one point, she was the young female who was drugged and had a train pulled on her.of

Well that’s her claim.

Why didn’t this woman of legal age in a period of the Women’s Liberation movement and screams for protection of all women from the evil man animal, report any of this to authorities?

This smells like ten day old fish-wrap.

When I was in high school, I never knew of any college girls who would hang out with high school kids. Even college girls who were, shall we say, “desperate” tried their luck with guys in college. The story was the same when I was in college: I knew of no college classmates who would even think of hanging-out or partying with high school students.

She was an adult, attending nearly a dozen high school parties, where she witnesses max drugging and sexual assault, and she said nothing. She continued going to these parties, even though she knew these criminal activities were going on, until she somehow slipped up, and she got drugged and raped herself? And Quaalude production was stopped in 1981 by the DEA. Also, her MyLife screencaps, if accurate, show her as a lying homewrecker, who’ll sleep with people to get what she wants. She also owes tens of thousands of dollars in tax liens, and was sued by a previous employer for defamation. And a person that knows her family says she had mental and substance abuse issues. Who the hell believes this woman?

She also has severe mental issues, problems with substance abuse and is deeply in debt.

She probably saw the lucrative GoFundMe action Ford was getting and wanted a piece of that action for herself.

Folks, it’s no longer the seriousness of the charges. It’s the number of ‘em!

Remember, in the American system of justice we are all considered to be presumed innocent, as long as there aren’t lots and lots of charges.
