As Twitchy noted earlier, according to her own sworn declaration, newest Brett Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick witnessed Kavanaugh participate in gang rapes and she continued to attend said parties.
HOLY CRAP! Did Kavanaugh accuser Julie Swetnick accidentally admit that SHE committed a crime? 1. She was 19. 2. Adults that don't report sex crimes against children is actually a crime in many states. Wonder if anybody remembered that. Since your client was also an adult at the time CPL, we can add 3. Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor 4. Conspiracy to Commit Rape 5. Rape 6. Conspiracy to Conceal a Felony 7. Obstruction of Justice@MichaelAvenatti, are you SURE your client is willing to go to jail? 8. Conspiracy with the Creepy Pimp Porn lawyer 9. Looks like she is going to lose her security clearances soon like the others in the Deep State
No.
this is a dumb approach to take
I don’t think she has sworn to anything. There is no affidavit just an unsworn testimony.
Welcome to FR.
Now calm down and watch..................
Its true that she was 19 when the judge was 17. She WAS an adult and the others WERE minors
Was she a working prostitute, of just in training at the time?
This is a GREAT approach to take ... not to take legal action against her, but to undermine her allegations.
Why? Fight fire with fire. Your attitude is why Republicans lose. She went to 10 FREAKING PARTIES as an ADULT with gang rapes going on? And we must treat this creep with respect? C’mon!
When someone who is represented by an attorney signs a sworn affidavit, the lawyer will often sign his own certification that functions as a "notarization" of the affidavit. It would say something to this effect:
I, Creepy Porn Lawyer, hereby certify that Dingbat Sweatnik came before me on this day (September 25, 2018) and signed the attached affidavit.
Avenatti couldn't do this because he's in California and Sweatnik is in Washington. In fact, he's probably never met her.
So Sweatnik's "declaration under penalty of perjury" is the best they could come up with in a very short period of time.
I'd also point out that Avenatti may have deliberately done it this way because it shields him from legal trouble if she's perpetrating a fraud.
you undermine her allegations by pointing out she hasn’t named one witness out of ten parties.
drinking with minors doesn’t undercut a gang rape story. are you kidding.
Except we don’t think it’s true. And a declaration can be accepted in place of an affidavit in some states.
oops talking about another person’s post.
yes i guess not reporting kids being raped is not a good thing. not sure it’s illegal.
Which is great ... until she names one.
Put her in a position where she's naming another real person who could potentially be prosecuted as a co-conspirator, and all bets are off.
I came to that conclusion as soon as I read the statement and noticed she was apparently an adult when Kavenaugh was still a child.
Since none of this actually happened the worse she can get is punishment for perjury. However since she failed to put the location of where she signed her statement, it would not be perjury since it would not be admissible in any proceeding. Its an invalid statement. By not putting down the county she signed the statement next to the date, she cannot be charged with perjury.
I noticed she had a net worth of less than $5000. Someone needs to check on any recent activity with regard to her current net worth after signing this worthless document. I suspect her current net worth is more than $5000.
Ah — OK. Thanks for clearing that up. LOL.
she can’t name anyone. she’s a liar.
A declaration in this form is acceptable in federal courts as the equivalent of an affidavit.
Maybe someone saw her buying alcohol for the underage kids.
Not only that but question..why would a 20 year old ADULT be hanging out with TEENAGERS at parties..what, she couldn’t find people her own age to party with
