Further, if Ford is now mistakenly remembering Garrett to be Kavanaugh, I offer no view whether that mistaken remembrance dates from the gathering or developed at some point in the intervening years.”

This evidence HOWEVER was supposed to PROVE that Kavanaugh was completely innocent this is just a WHAT IF this happened!!! Unless this friend of Kavanaugh’s comes forward I just don’t see how they prove beyond the Dems doubt it was NOT Kavanaugh!! Perhaps this guy HAS already come forward and this is how this synopsis came to be!!! I mean this guy has nothing to lose by coming forward it wasn’t rape AND whatever it was it was 36 years ago!!!!
