I agree. Whelan is at the least introducing reasonable doubt. If the accuser was at Garret’s house she is going to be spooked into silence and has a graceful way to back out.
I think it is a major leap to assume that she was assaulted. That is TBD.
Interesting possibility. Unsubstantiated but more plausible than anything Ford has said yet.
And this soap opera continues.
Yeah, like maybe it was voluntary. I strongly suspect that IS the case.
One thing that Whelan points out is that the therapist’s notes from 2012 say there were 4 boys.
CBF’s current story is that there were three boys and another girl.
Very interesting discrepancy.
If there were 4 boys, and CBF went with them all by herself at the age of 15, it might be fair to draw a conclusion about her own behavior.
Whelan didn’t just pull this out of his @ss. Do you think he just happened to have a floor plan to Garrett’s house lying around?
This will never rise to a criminal investigation, much less a criminal accusation. This is a political pissing contest and Garrett is not a participant in the political game. As for Professor Ford, she is discovering that this game is not for amateurs. They were just having fun in high school. Garrett is not in jeopardy and he will never be. Ford can be burned, and probably has already been. She is a pawn of those who could care less about her. I hope that she has someone who can tell her that she is in deep doo doo and will be screwed by her so called “new friends”. If she is smart, she will release a statement say that she can’t be sure about her assailant and that she would like to retract her letter. If she doesn’t, she should be dragged through the mud.
The lying whore wasn’t assaulted and continuing to make nice with the slut only drags us down.
This is clearly a made-up bull$hit story that Stevie Wonder could see was bull$shit.
Everything about this accusation is so bad that it boggles the mind why anyone gives the attention-whore any credibility in the matter.
I think Whelan has settled it. It is all over except the fat lady singing. I did a search of Google for past hour and saw Daily Kos. Even they are subdued, a bit sad at the turn of events. I’ll be curious to see how the next 24-hours turns out. Maybe Monday Kavanaugh gets voted out of committee, maybe even Feinsten once she realizes they may have wronged Kavanaugh?

I suspect he did. How else would he know that there was a classmate that looked a lot like Kavanaugh ?

I don’t know. If the accuser wished to file a criminal complaint in Montgomery County (a one-party fascist Dem county in a one-party fascist Dem state), there is no statute of limitations on attempted rape in Maryland.

Did you know that CBF’s two female attorneys had arranged to do a fundraiser for the female senator from Wisconsin. They were to be the keynote speakers at event.
Apparently, they abruptly cancelled the event earlier this afternoon, but before Whelan has published anything.
They must have known a shoe was about to drop. Who told them?
Organized crime leave civilians alone, unless they get in the way of their criminal activities. The Democrat Party is an organized criminal activity. Garrett is teaching middle school in Atlanta. I think that he is safe.

I hope Whelan is not just grasping at straws here. The more I think about it I suspect Whelan got this from some or all of Kavanaugh, “PJ” and Judge.
The Lefties don't understand that Whelan just stuck his tantō in Feinstein's guts all the way to the hilt.
