This will never rise to a criminal investigation, much less a criminal accusation. This is a political pissing contest and Garrett is not a participant in the political game. As for Professor Ford, she is discovering that this game is not for amateurs. They were just having fun in high school. Garrett is not in jeopardy and he will never be. Ford can be burned, and probably has already been. She is a pawn of those who could care less about her. I hope that she has someone who can tell her that she is in deep doo doo and will be screwed by her so called “new friends”. If she is smart, she will release a statement say that she can’t be sure about her assailant and that she would like to retract her letter. If she doesn’t, she should be dragged through the mud.

I don’t know. If the accuser wished to file a criminal complaint in Montgomery County (a one-party fascist Dem county in a one-party fascist Dem state), there is no statute of limitations on attempted rape in Maryland.
