The former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was said to have been in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted a woman decades ago, has told senators he will not testify at next week's hearing.
Mark Judge wrote in a brief letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that he "did not ask to be involved in this matter nor did anyone ask me to be involved."
"In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident," he wrote.
Christine Blasey Ford has said that Judge was in the room at a high school party in the 1980s when Kavanaugh held her down on a bed and tried to remove her clothing. According to Ford, Judge pulled Kavanaugh off of her while he was attempting to take off her swimsuit.
Senate Democrats earlier Tuesday called on Judge to testify at the hearing scheduled for Monday.
In that case you have to make it up like Christine Blasey Ford did.

Yeah, if I rescued a young girl in high school from a situation like this, I’m fairly sure I’d remember it. So it begs the question then - what axe does Ford have to grind? Why subject herself to this crap?
I went to lots of parties when I was in high school, some of which had teenage girls in bikinis.
Nothing remotely like this ever happened, and if it had it would have been all over school the next day.
No one should testify before a committee unless they put a subpoena in your hand. Judge is doing the right thing.

If he goes in front of the committee and says that he has no memory of this party, and the Democrats take control of either house of Congress in November, he may find himself the target of a sex-trafficking ring investigation by the end of the year, and face financial and personal ruin as a result.
Sounds like this guy has observed what happens to people who defend a Republican and get caught up in Dem/Media/Celebrity HATRED for ANYONE connected to ANY Republican in ANY MANNER. I wouldn’t want to sit for an interview.......can you just imagine what questions about Judge the Dems might ask???
1) Never talk to Cops/FBI voluntarily and doubly certainly, never without a lawyer.
2) Never testify under oath unless compelled by subpoena.
It’s my opinion that she is subjecting herself all of this so that she can have the same successes that Anita Hill has had.
I suspect the reason she hasn’t agreed to come (no pun intended) is that she doesn’t want to testify to the truth of her accusations under oath. If she doesn’t, they should call off this circus and have a vote on Thursday, as originally planned.
Unfortunately, the !@(#*ing Republicans don’t have enough balls between them to even call this blatant political hit-job what it is - including Rush and Hannity, for heaven’s sake, who are jumping up and down and pretending to take this woman’s accusations seriously and calling for a “fair hearing.”

How many people were supposed to be at the party? How many boys and how many girls?
Ford says that she never told anyone, but supposedly there were 4 boys there and 2 other girls.
Sounds like an awfully small party and not credible!
I was at one that got out of hand.
A buddy threw it when his parents were out. Lots of drinking. Us guys were around 18. His sister was there. She was 15. She had three of her friends there the same age. After lots of drinking a game of strip poker broke out. One of the 18-year old guys took a 15-year old girl into the bedroom.
I knew this was big trouble and got the heck out of Dodge. From what I have read of Kavanaugh I firmly believe he would have too.
