Did he really say that exactly because that seems like something that could get him in trouble. She probably has a picture of him at a party or something (a different event), he could have the wrong party date in mind. She could say the judge is lying.
He can’t prove he was out of town. She hasn’t t specified when, or which town.
He can’t dispute those things, and though the headline is deceptive, disputes that he was at any party fitting the portion of the description given.
I read somewhere where she said everybody just had 1 beer except Judge and Kav. That right there is proof she is lying. This was the ‘80s and we all had parties and drank excessively. 1 beer, I say BS.

She first put this story together for her counselor in 2008(?) and mentioned two men now prominent in DC. So, she had them in mind then and both were reasonably well known.

What were you told about the party?
Were you told there would alcohol?
Were you invited to the party or did you crash the party?
Did you attend alone or with friends?
What time was the party?
Can you name other people at the party or just Brett?
How long were you at the party?
Did you have anything to drink before you left for the party or on the way to the party?
Who did you talk to at the party?
Were you in the close company of other women or men?
After the immediate alleged event, did you tell anyone at the party?
Did you leave immediately?
Did you leave alone or with friends?
Did you tell anyone immediately after the alleged event?
The next day or following days did you tell anyone?
Did you keep a diary that recorded the event?
Etc...
I may not remember every party I went to, but I know I wasn’t at a party like that.
