Strategists advising Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh plan to use aggressive tactics this week in response to the public accusation of a "stumbling drunk" sexual assault in high school that instantly imperiled his confirmation, top sources tell Jonathan Swan:

Some involved in the process are going to urge Senate leaders to call on the accuser — Christine Blasey Ford, who went on the record with The Washington Post's Emma Brown — to testify publicly this week, ahead of Thursday's scheduled Judiciary Committee vote. This gambit basically bets that she will decline, and Republicans can then say that they tried to investigate further.

A source close to the process said that if Democrats sink Kavanaugh "we’ll just bring in someone more conservative."

The dems are clutching at straws anything, anything at all - to stop Kavanaugh.

This bimbo, meanwhile, is a useless and destructive clown looking for her fifteen minutes at the Big Table.

They have to at some point, or they can just shut down the party and let some other party take over. From Thomas to Romney, Herman Cain, Trump and now Kavenough and other less prominent conservatives, they have been honing the technique. Liberals release the stories to the media and at least one even filed a court case against Trump (but didn’t show up). With 150+ million liberals, they will always be able to find someone with a “memory” about any conservative.

If there are no consequences and conservatives don’t fight back, liberals will do it more and more. At some point conservatives need to convince the public that serious accusations late in the process (election or confirmation) need extraordinary proof or they will be ignored.

The women ‘felt’ Kavanaugh wanted to take off her clothing.

KAVANAUGH DID NOT TAKE OFF HER CLOTHING.

The woman ‘felt’ Kavanaugh wanted to rape her.

KAVANAUGH DID NOT RAPE HER.

The woman ‘felt’ Kavanaugh wanted to hurt her.

KAVANAUGH DID NOT HURT HER.

Many women have sons, husbands, and brothers... and they are NOT going to want people they love held to subjective standards that primariily exist within the mind of a woman ... and are NOT backed up by facts.

What if men who raped women used this defense?

A rapists says he ‘felt’ the woman was coming on to him because of the way she smiled.

The rapist ‘felt’ she ‘wanted it’ because she didn’t push him away fast enough.

The rapists ‘felt’ it was OK because all women say ‘no’.

NO ONE WOULD BUY THE RAPISTS BS... AND IT SHOULD BE THE SAME WITH THE WOMAN ACCUSING KAVANAUGH. What matters is ‘what happened’ not what she was ‘feeling’...

ACTIONS MATTER... INTERNAL ‘FEELINGS’ might or might not have anything to do with the reality of what happened.

“This could have been brought up in anytime in the last two months, but it was saved as a last minute smear.”

I hate to admit it, but the freaking liberals are smarter than us and more willing to do anything to win.

If this was brought up two months ago there would have been time to proved that: a. This woman has probably tried this before with other men, and b. She's probably a nut-ball.

Hold it till the last minute and she'll get to be put out there like a Saint, and become a new national hero for liberal idiots. In a few weeks or months when the truth about her comes out, she'll be old news.

Give credit where credit is due: Slimesteen played this perfectly. We Conservatives are going to have to get a lot tougher and a lot more willing to do what is necessary to win. Unfortunately, our Generals in the Senate are push-over babies!

“Your situation is factually and historically accurate, but it doesn’t “play nice,” so they won’t use it.”

Perhaps I should run against the Guam member of Congress Madam Bordello. Though the locals will never vote for a non-Chamorro

I suspect, or perhaps I’m just filled with an overwhelming sense of hope, that Republicans will start playing hardball after the midterms. I don’t think this race will be a “wave” or a “flood” by any stretch, and it may end up with even tighter margins in both chambers of Congress.

DiFi needs to be investigated by the Senate Ethics Committee, with a full blown colonoscopy, as to why her net worth is over $77M, why she had a Chinese spy as a chauffeur for 20 years, and why she sat on Ms. Ford’s letter since June or July, passing up the trifecta of opportunities to ask about it in her office during a one on one interview, in closed hearing session, and in an open hearing session.

Anita Hill redux. These filthy democrats are insufferable. The old “damsel in distress” bull shit by the same scum who want females in the Navy Seals.

Hardball would be totally ingnoring this political stunt, proceeding directly to nomination, and then going after DiFi over her pet Chinese spy.

The GOP should assume that this is a hit.

They should assume that everything is structured to maximize damage to Kavanaugh.

First no details
Then details

First no name
Now a name

First no statement
Now interviews with the WashPo

If they are betting that this woman will not testify, they are deluding themselves. This entire matter is constructed to maximize damage. It is a political hit.

When the mob sends out a hit man, nobody thinks that maybe the hit man will think better of it an not pull the trigger. That is not how hits work.

This woman has a job to do.

I don’t think the Republicans are counting on her declining the invitation to testify before the Senate. They’re planning to show that this is just another standard Democrat ploy that gets used against Republican SCOTUS nominees, that her story is inconsistent, that she has zero evidence, that the other guy she claimed participated flatly denies it as does soon to be Justice Kavanaugh.

If they don’t let her speak, the Democrats will claim they’ve got something to hide. So by all means honey, show us what a lying Leftist tool you are.

Bad optics to have those mean Rep Senators “challenge” the “poor” woman’s cred in open court. That said it must be done.
