Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is receiving dismal reviews from the usually-friendly liberal California media for her performance Thursday at the Senate Judiciary Committee during the Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
Harris questioned Kavanaugh about whether he had ever had a conversation with someone at a law firm founded by President Donald Trump’s former lawyer about the investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Kavanaugh seemed not to know what she was talking about, and Harris hinted that she may have had evidence to back up her line of questioning. But in the end, the former California Attorney General came up with absolutely nothing.

If journalists have any ideology it is to be part of the “right” crowd, to be seen as sophisticates, in the know. The left has gone so risibly overboard that it’s becoming untenable in the face of the mocking to claim solidarity with the crazies.

Kamala Harris is NOT a natural born citizen. Yet she is being pushed to run in 2020. She needs the legs cut out from under her before we have Obama Part 2 on our hands.
There are a plethora of ineligible individuals being floated as possible candidates in 2020. This has to be nipped in the bud by the Supreme Court.

To answer your question you only need to understand what the Dems expect out of a SC nominee - to be a radical activist judge. They can’t pass any of their crazy, anti-liberty, legislation with the Constitution as it stands today. They have only two options, get rid of it, or reinterpret it. They would fail at amending it.
So of course, their assumption is that the “other side” intends to do exactly the same (have an activist judge). The difference is that non-activist judges interpret the Constitution as it is written, which is just unacceptable to the left.
When they talk of “maintaining precedent” they’re talking about Roe vs. Wade. They’re hypocrites, if it’s about gun control rulings they’d want an activist judge to overturn it in a heartbeat. I find it disgusting when they claim that the nominee can’t be all of the things that they would want in a judge if the situation was reversed. They’re admitting what they would want, so it can’t be enabled on the other side.
RED WAVE could be rising in CA.
That is probably what is driving Xpresident Obama
to campaign for Democrats in California, a supposedly
blue bastion !
