Florida gubernatorial candidate Ron DeSantis did an interview with Fox News on Wednesday where he used a um, questionable choice of words when talking about his Democratic opponent, Andrew Gillum.
As DeSantis spoke to Sandra Smith about how he secured the Republican Party nomination last night, he was asked how he plans to beat Gillum now that theyre about to go head-to-head. Poor choice of words...which the left will twist six ways from Sunday.
If you were DeSantis’ campaign consultant, would you have advised him to say “monkey around?” If so, why?

When a Democrat hears a Republican say “monkey” — the Democrat thinks “African American”.

The fake news is going to say that this is as bad as what Rosanne got fired for.
