Not-crazy scenario:
— Provisional ballots lower Balderson’s margin to a tick below 0.5%
— Which (if I’m reading the law right) will trigger an automatic recount in Ohio
— But Balderson wins the recount because recounts rarely reverse results unless it’s really *really* close.

Went down to Tallahassee when the FL Supreme Court made their decision. Wife, kids and I had homemade sore loserman signs.

I was here on FR on Election Night 2000. When I finally went to bed it appeared Bush had won. Next morning, I got up, flipped on the radio and learned with horror Al Gore “tied” it up and they were going into OT (i.e. recount). What a wild and crazy ride for the 4 weeks that followed.

They're discussing how Trump's support in suburban districts across the US has drastically fallen... and that bodes well for DemocRATs in the mid-terms.
I was a lurker back then. Lots of Free Republic, Newsmax, Fox News and Rush Limbaugh during those 2000 Florida recount days. Remember watching cable news seeing protesters on our side holding “Free Republic” and “Newsmax” signs!
