Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his retirement last Wednesday, and speculation has been rampant on the next justice to replace him.
President Donald Trump has begun interviewing potential Supreme Court justice and will be officially nominating his candidate to the highest court as early as next week.
Between which two?
Oh please....No one knows except the President.
D.C. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Chicago Circuit Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
Not randomly clicking links these days.
So no one has to click here:
Monday, reports say that Trump has already narrowed the choice down to two: D.C. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Chicago Circuit Court Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
Kavanaugh & Barrett

TY for the info, I shall investigate and get right back to you with my thoughts. ;)/s
I am ready to wait until Monday.
Oh goody. More unnamed sources
Quit trying to guess what Trump is going to do. You either trust him by now or you dont
I trust him.
Kavanaugh was involved in whitewashing the Vince Foster murder case at Fort Marcy. He has Deep State ties and I don't trust him when push comes to shove. He will do the bidding of his masters.
Unnamed sources. Which means not at all
Dont we recognize phishing when we see it
Me too
Trump has proven everyone wrong often enough
Im good with waiting
"It will be down to two, two will be the narrowing down of the many to the two when two are left, and there shalt not be one while standing still there are two, nor shall there be one more making three when two is the narrowing. Four shall be two too many, but zero shall it not be when it is two. And the two shall be the two remaining."
I mean, duh, you guys.
Kavanaugh is a Bushie. No way.
The next SCOTUS nominee has a huge advantage: the Democrats are frothing at the mouth rabid over this pick even before they know who it might be. Their predictable (and already scripted) response will not resonate with swing voters, since they have demonstrated that they are responding to the fact that it is Trump and not to any flaws in the nominee.
This is the same mistake they make with their “impeach” mantra. Swing voters hear that word and ask, “why, what are the charges?” There are no charges yet. The democrats are simply rabid. That insanity may not be improving what swing voters think of our president, but it is lowering what they think of the rabid lynch mob.
Better political choice is:
Amul Thapar of Kentucky, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, 49. Thapar was named to the 6thCircuit Court of Appeals by Trump in 2017.
He previously served as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky under Bush and was appointed by Bush to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 2008. He is the first South Asian Article III judge. Thapar is reportedly one of four candidates who Trump interviewed on Monday.
