America really did have a Manchurian Candidate in the White House
The Washington Times ^ | Sunday, July 1, 2018 | Todd Wood

ANALYSIS/OPINION:

After returning from a tour of some of the war zones in the Middle East — which ended with the Free Iran Gathering 2018 in Paris — I am struck by the realization that America really did have a Manchurian Candidate in The White House for eight years. If you look at the evidence, there really is no other conclusion. The calamitous consequences of the Obama presidency will be felt for the foreseeable future.

In the short year and a half that President Trump has been in office, he has put in place policy that has mitigated the damage that President Obama inflicted on our national security and on our allies. The speed with which Trump has been able to turn things around points to the diabolical depths the Obama administration went to in order to undermine our national strength and way of life. All Trump had to do was stop doing things that hurt America; America could then take care of itself. The results are plain as day. However, it will take decades for the Obama damage to be completely undone. The deviousness of the Obama sedition runs deep.

[Living those eight years I felt like everything was an old black and white movie. I saw so many shuttered shops and factories. Weeds growing in the berms of the highways. Folks loitering nothing to do. It was horrible.]

As you and I have discussed.

Sadly there are more than a few people in this nation that side with them and not us.

no, sorry, but no... the boy went into the white house with a heart filled with hate for America and white people of his own free will and volition.

Unions were at one time full of patriots, America first, Flag respecting, but as the old guard retired, the newcomers tried to rig politics in their favor to keep the gravy train running, as American products became less competitive. The Unions became the problem rather than the solution.

So when you asked your Dad about his support for democrats, it really was a different time, a different context.

Not hard to figure out. Lived in SE Michigan for several years back in the 60’s. Lots of WW2 and Korean War combat vets around. Really hated the anti-Viet Nam protesters. But most were loyal Demo voters. I asked a few why and it boiled down to memories of the Great Depression and the way industrial workers were treated before the New Deal. Strictly economics. GOP did nothing for the industrial worker, used labor injunctions to break strikes, and gave us the Great Depression. Some of these men had memories of never having enough to eat for years at a time. Their loyalty to the union and the Dems was similar to the intense loyalty to the Dems many lower middle class and lower end farm types in the Deep South. The Dems paid off. It might not have been paradise under FDR but it was a lot better than nearly starving under Hoover. Those lessons last a lifetime. These people were very socially conservative and patriotic but loyal Dem voters.

My wife still can't believe that the next president we elected after 9-11 was named "Barack Hussein Obama."

I tend to agree. Dali-esque.

Worth repeating this great post:

It wasn’t just Obozzo - Bush and Clinton were every bit as bad and treasonous.

That’s what drives me mad about the critics of Trump who call themselves “conservative” - the man is undoing the damage of 28 years since Reagan in which we have been cursed with the 4 worst presidents the Republic has ever known.

Trump has brought us back from the bring of destruction and towards a more positive future in just 18 months. People should drop to their knees and thank the Lord for blessing us with such a wonderful President

“He did appear to be bought & paid for - 100%. It was weird.”

I’ve considered using “Will George Soros manumit Obama in his will?” as a tag line.

Some of us knew this BEFORE he became the Dem. nominee.

In early 2007, I was told in broken English by an Iraqi Christian refugee from the Gulf War that,...

“The black senator from Illinois will be the next POTUS.” “Hillary doesn’t stand a chance.”

He went on to say, “It makes NO difference how much money Hillary or whomever the republican’s nominate can raise.”

“That senator - Obama -solidified 100% support of all the Arab heads of state at a meeting he orchestrated in Damascus in 2006.” ....

“They [the Arab leaders] will TRIPLE how ever much $$$$ Obama’s opponent is able to raise.”

My friend, Peter, worked at the deli. He had escaped Iraq and made his way to Greece where they lived for 12 months. His family had then immigrated to the USA, yet Peter made this statement with complete authority. As I argued with him that it was way to early to tell, he just laughed and said, “ You’ll see, you have no idea how your politics work.”

So why had they chosen him? Who was he- a guy from Chicago/ Hawaii? to have such allegiance and the ability to command unlimited financial support from all the heads of the Arab states?

The unlimited $$$$ for his campaign explains the endless Hussein documentaries run AFTER he had became potus. He had collected more money than he was capable of spending and so they spent it,

The Democrat leadership who verified the Obozo’s altered Presidential eligibility form all need to be imprisoned for treason, as does the obozo himself.

How about including the Supreme Court Chief Justice who swore him in even knowing that Barry was not eligible?

He’s another possible, as someone who knew too much at exactly the wrong time to know anything about the Clintons.

I always wanted to believe that Tim Russert was the last “good one” in MSM TV news. But he was also the first talking head or higher I heard referring to the political left as the blue states and the political right as the red states.

Prior to that, I thought I had heard it the other way around. That anything socialist, communist or even leaning left was red, probably due to international standard where navigation lights on a ship’s or aircraft’s port/left are red and lights on the starboard/right are green. Red = Left.

Or even more likely, red as in the socialist/communist hue of commie red, as in “I’d rather be dead than red on the head”, a phrase I heard young, as a little kid in the 60s.

Now it’s the other way around. Which still puzzles and bugs me as yet another, but early case of: up is down, down is up, right is wrong, wrong is right, etc.
